Changes fixed (including one of the same type in III.iv.B.1). Rules are still Revision E because those fixes are more like typo fixes than actual content revisions.

Oh yeah Soul Eater is great. Solid 8.7 ~ 8.8 from me.

And about Toradora and After Story, I admit I also find the former more entertaining. The catch is, I'm rating After Story higher at 8.6 to Toradora's ~8.5. Comedy-centered romance only go so far for me, because no matter how well they develop their character interactions and dynamics, the whole plot usually lacks substance. Toradora succeeded in avoiding falling into that category completely, but elements of it is still there. On the other hand, After Story and every one of its mini arcs has an actual Story in them. Special individual unique Tales that can be mapped step by step with inevitable endings to. Only these have the potential to be truly "epic".

EDIT: By the way, my average is around 7.6. >_>
