It has nothing to do with the fan-sub group. What teh_suck is saying is that there's a week gap in the original broadcast schedule between Ep. 23 & Ep. 24. So...after Ep. 23 airs, we'll have to wait 2 weeks until Ep. 24 airs and the fan-subbers can get their mitts on it.

I would think it more likely he'd have considered it an even greater evil than a normal vampire, as it represented an "unholy" union of vampire and human, thus killing it.

Something I noticed about the Sinclair's (I dont know if this has been mentioned before).

Victor Sinclar and his grandson Winner Sinclair. V before W. Maybe the Sinclair's ancestors started with Alfred Sinclair, since his first name starts with an A. I hope they discuss the Sinclair's ancestors because Victor kept mentioning it in episode 21. I do not know if this is true or not, but something to ponder about...

Also... there has to be a cliffhanger for episode 23 to 24 because it's the second to last episode... and obviously for every series it gets mad intense toward the end (for the big finale). And then in 24 everything will get resolved (you can almost sketch that in cause it always happens).
Err... Sorry... Evangelion doesn't resolve anything -.- So it's not always true... but this doesn't seem like the type of show that leaves a million and one questions unanswered...

This is all speculation though...

Victor only had one child.., and it turned out to be a girl instead of a boy..; since the tradition seems to only applie to the male (on the poll episode we see a flashback of Winner with fadded pictures of his ancestors - all are men), it was natural that Victor had to wait until her child had a son, in which then he could start teaching him to be a vampire hunter.

Its my guess at what happened..

It would be possible since, in Germany, when someone of importance has only daughters, the husband of the eldest daughter takes her family name.

So. 24 episodes - no second season? It's a compelling series. I could see the
second season in my head but we shall have to see what happens. I've heard
ratings for this show weren't stellar but it seems to have a big fan following.

Do they decide on doing a second season on its ratings in Japan? Cause I'm thinking that there are a lot more people who just watch it all on the websites since it's obviously not played on tv in the US.

This week's episode aired fifteen minutes later of its scheduled time.

There's a huge likeliness that many of you will hate Ren after watching the episode.

Spoiler:

- Winner still loves Karin and won't comply to his family's hunters legacy, which earn him a hard slap from his gramps.


- This is one of those rare, lol moments given the distressing situation of the climax nearing. Daughter-in-law attempts to nail grandma for good.


- Karin's lost in confusion and tears and who else does she turns for comfort, nonetheless, than Maki. On the other hand, Maki turns more supportive and affective for Karin's situation now that Anju's bite has cured her permanently of her jealousy.


- The highlight of the episode. Ren's conversation to Kenta about Karin. Ren went that far as to going out at daylight and meeting Kenta in an underground, parking lot.


- Whatever Ren told Kenta, it must have had hit a nerve on the poor boy. In turn, this lead to a tragic resolution that should have direct consequences for the last two episodes.


Would Anju's sacrifice for Karin's happiness have become in vain?

I just started watching karin a few days ago and i have seen the first six episode... my only comment is this


FUNNY!!!!!!!!!!! hahahah especially EPISODE Number 3!! where karin found out that the blood she is attracted to is "unhappiness" in chinese that TWO Very big words are call "BU Xin" xin being happiness and Bu being NOT"


HAHHAHAHAHAAH when the whole family goes saying like... "looks like we haev no choice but to accept her for she is attracted to.. "TA DA TA!!!!!" The organ music comes out and the two big words appear


ahahahhaahhah!!!!!!!!!!!!! i laughed for like 10 mins!! its like humilating karin cos she doesnt behave like a vampire and now they are half satisfied because at least she is doing something related to their culture.... LOL!!!!!!!!!!

poor karin... bt at least when she nose bleed, she nose bleed with style,, have flower petals somemore.... hahha

cant wait to download the rest of the episodes~~
