GG translated that as "Kallen, live on." Personally, I like this version much better; more epic and touching. After that scene, I think the KaLulu fan inside me is awakening xD

I dont see why you guys like the "Kallen, Live on" line.... Lelouch basically recycled what he said to CC at the end of Season 1.

Not really the place to argue it, but here's what they say.
"C.C., shimu nai." (I might have that misspelled).
"Kallen, kimi wa ikirou."

The latter is much more meaningful than the former, and his rapport with C.C., the kiss aside, was their joking demeanor that they almost always have. That's why people like the second better.

i know by people you mean "Kallen x Lulu", but I concede you have a good point. I just like to ship CC and Lulu because of that "joking demeanor" very cutesy to watch. Thanks for explaining the difference.

he told her "c.c dont die"
which is not the same thing since what he told kallen is basiclly "you go on living rather then die with me"
considering she just told him she was willing to die with him it has more impact
much more feel to it

As a Kallen worshipper and kaLulu shipper this line just made my day when i heard it.

LELOUCH: Yeah, that's right.Your brother is a liar.

I don't care how much you hate Rolo, this scene was amazing. I never particularly cared for him, but I consider his last scene the best in all of R2. It completely puts Shirley's clichéd (and copied shot for shot from .hack//Roots pretty much...) death scene to shame, and it's the only scene that can rival Euphy's death from R1 in terms of execution and emotional tugs, or perhaps even surpass it.

Most disappointing:

"Farewell... Lelouch..."

Way to go, Kallen. All those scenes with Nunnally and you STILL couldn't see through Lelouch's lies. This just proved to me what a worthless character Kallen is and that she doesn't deserve Lelouch at all. I can't believe she WASTED all that screen time with those conversations with Nunnally, all to produce no character development that actually amounted to something. I guess they were only there for us to watch her breasts grow after all.
