We also find out that the censor bat was originally intended for Moka as a present for her 10th birthday but Moka gave it to Kokoa stating that it would fit her better.(Moka really wasn't into carrying around a pet that's weighs 100Kg all the time on her shoulder. )

Why am I not surprised about Akasha's standing!

When I first heard her name I had a feeling that she was someone really special. So it's pretty much no coincidence that she's named after the first vampire and Queen of vampire in Ann Rice's novels. Her name also happens to mean the essence of all things and one of the five great elements in the Hindu religion.

Thanks for the spoiler's Tri-ring. Well I kind of suspected a development like that earlier ... can't wait until I get my hands on that chapter ... though such a development is probably going to lessen the rumor's circling around about Akasha being already dead, since I doubt that the author is going to kill off a character, after making a revelation like that.

Not too sure how Issa would handle it but I guess Akasha wouldn't have a problem putting him in his place. It's pretty much confirmed that their marriage was arranged and/or political considering Akasha's standing. How/why Akasha agreed to the marriage is beyond me.

well, for one, Akasha being the third Dark Lord is a little out of left field, but isn't too strange. After all, up to this pojnt, it seemed that the Dark Lords were after the peaceful coexistence between youkai and human. And remember, when better TLers fixed it, Moka had been sent to live with her mother in the human world. Whic means A) Tsukune's no-doubt-future-mother-in-law is someone to be reckoned with B) he's got the blood of a Dark Lord in him (along with Moka, of course)

but anyways, what I was confused with is the statement about Mikogami and Tohu Fuhai. Was Tri-ring trying to suggest that those two are the other Dark Lords? Or are the headmaster and Bus Driver still the ones? And remind me who Mikogami is... (is it rather obvious that I'm extremely far behind on scanlations?)

Well, Mikogami is the Chairman's of Youkai Gauken first name, it was reveled during the Hokuto arc, when Hokuto impaled the chairman to take his Rosario from him. (Rosario + Vampire Season I, Chapter 31, page 35-36)

And yes I belive that at this point the Headmaster and Tokou Fuhai are the other dark lords ... and it seems that

the Bus Driver isn't a dark lord, though he might be somehow related to Mikogami. Since Akasha is a dark lord as well and there are only three dark lords in existence ... though of course there might be more pepole who have the blood of a dark lord flowing in their veins.

At any rate ... taking the recent developments into consideration I doubt we have seen the full capabilities yet .... another thing that I noticed is that with this chapter we finally know what the relations in Moka's family are ... since from what Tri-ring has provided it looks like this:

?, Issa -Akuha

??, Issa - Kokoa,Khaula (judging from what Tri-ring said I think that this mother might appear in chapter 31 )

Akasha, Issa - Moka (unless it's going to be revealed later in the story that Moka's father isn't really Issa Shuzen though so far I think we had enough plot twists related to Moka's family for a while )

Y'know, this explains at least why someone like Moka is at youkai academy... now we just need to see that Tsukune's enrollment at Youkai Academy wasn't as much of an accident as it currently is (remember, Headmaster dropping flyer is ANIME ONLY!), and then I'll really be impressed...
actually, going back to that- am I the only one who thinks that the flyers were just bait to lure a human to Youkai Academy? I think that, even though it was an aside, the monk did say that the flyers were all over town... hell, based on Hokuto and Tsukune, is it possible that a human-youkai hybrid has the potential to be insanely powerful, even moreso than a pure-blooded youkai? (remember, Moka was having quite a bit of difficulty against him in his flly-transformed mode, and it took Tsukune being GAR to finally allow Moka to take him out)

there's more to this theory, but I'll save that for another time

i doubt Akasha is dead like believed. I feel like something like that would've been mentioned by anyone when talking about the 3 dark lords that one was dead.

it's odd though that Akasha is the dark lord. Like everyone i always thought issa was the dark lord but then again considering he runs the shuuzen family it wouldn't make sense that he is one since the dark lords created the academt for human-demon interaction and the Shuuzen family joined FT so they are against that.

Akasha was there to look on the vampire society (as the strongest demons)... that maybe they will change their minds and try to coexist with humans.... but than she could have learned that they want to make a war against them so she decided as Dark Lord to leave to the human world and prepare the base on fighting them....

what if akasha hoped that issa will change and go the path of coexistance... but when she learned that he doesnt want to coexist with humans she left and joined the fight against them in order to bring both world together in peace and understanding...

Maybe she burned out all photos and diaries in order ot hide herself as Dark Lord... the same she took a part of building the school for monsters that will learn to coexist together with humans... who knows maybe she was responsible of getting Tsukune there...

it would be funny if it turned out that mokas mother is in reality the disquised bus driver XDXD (that took tsukune in and out of the school... and is working in dark for mikogami)

Still we have to learn why mokas mom sealed her vampire side... was it to keep her safe like.... the vamp society doesnt need her if she is in sealed state (they need the strong ones)... so moka has been sent to human world...


anyway question is where is mokas mom.... maybe she as dark lord has sealed herself in the rosary (magic) guess we have to learn about it...
