I found the same thing listed on HLJ's site for the Alter Fate. Also, they have pre-orders up for the Alter Rein II figure as well, with a release date listed for April.

I thought the release dates were spaced a couple months apart or so

... It isn't like you have to pay in advance. So that gives you some time to recoup the money. Not to mention if they haven't announced a hayate yet it probably wont release until around middle of next year.

its a custom one. Very easily to be distinguished just by the look of the box. Most massive manufactured figurine's boxes have a view where you can see the figurine. However, this one (judging by the looks of the box) doesn't provide a view for you to see the figurine.

Also, if you check http://www.hlj.com and go search>Nanoha. You will see that theres only Reinforce II being the only new figurine there. If Hayate is indeed a PVC, it will be there as well.
