At the moment i'll tell you what animes where my favourite, first was Angel Beats having to love all the music as well as the romance in the anime, second would be Kimi ni Todoke having just that element of pure romance in there, well you cand decide if it is pure or not, but for me it was a good anime seeing as there was just no magic in there and no supernatural stuff.

ohh and not forgetting tales of the abyss, but I think the anime ended for me when arietta died :'(

yeah so im not fussed about quaility as long as its got a good story, yoai is also good, harem and ecchi would be cool.

I may have said some horribly confusing stuff there but im not going to read it, thats your job! lol cheers.

Hmmm.... You got a tough list with many animes that I was going to use for these genres...

The World God Only Knows - Starts with our main protagonist Keima also known as "God" in terms of gal games gets caught in a contract and teamed up with a demon to capture loose souls by a very strange means. There's little to no action in this series though, but the Romance/Comedy is great.

MM! - Our main protagonist is a masochist to the extreme! The 2 main girls in this anime detest him as a lecherous pervert in the beginning. But will he be able to win their love? This anime has good Comedy/Romance/Action and a good setting on Drama early on in the anime.

Dragon Crisis - Main protagonist is someone who doesn't want to get involved in things called "Lost Precious" due to reasons involving his past. But gets caught into the fray when one of his friends gets him into an incident. The Romance is very straight-forward in this anime, while the Comedy can come out from time to time. The plot somewhat gets questionable in some points, the action is one of the good points of this anime. The drama is good as well.

Perhaps Otome Youkai Zakuro?; it has romance, drama, and some action and comedy as well with a generally good storyline to it .

You have a very good list...but have you tried wincest animes?

The taboo theme may create some scenes that are difficult to view, but ultimately the premise of a "forbidden" romance allows for some of the BEST dramatic stories to be told. Not to mention the immense character development and the balancing act created between true love and the expectations of reality.

I highly recommend anybody with an open mind and preference for strong dramatic romances to check out;

Koi Kaze (IMO, a masterpiece and one of my favorites)



Another solid one is Yosuga No Sora, but the H-ness seems to detract from it a bit.

Slayers NEXT - Good characters, story, background music, etc, etc.
