... I think for me, at this point; if Index is to be animated to the end of its very own novel series I'd be none than being much more happier for that. But I don't think everyone will agree the same.

There was apparently suppose to be one extra villain in volume 4, some escaped criminal who they first suspected to be the caster of Angel Fall...

Or he could mean the leader of the 13 Roman Catholic Knights in Volume 2...

Or he could mean that archer guy in the third arc of Volume 5...

Either way, I don't see how they could pull that stunt anymore in the second season.

Even though the conclusion to the "Sisters Arc" has been covered in the first series (way to go Touma for kicking Accelerator's evil butt!!), do you think they'll:

1) Cover the "Sisters Arc" later in the series when the manga finishes dealing with it? As a "prequel" or "a few months ago" to season one, if you will?

2) Cover that in "To Aru Kagaku No Railgun 2" in 2012?

3) OVA it?

or (worst case scenario)

4) Ignore it altogether?

Hope they don't go with 4) cos from what I heard it has awesome action in it.

they wouldn't ignore that part because that's the highlight of the story of sister arc. They would only change i on the perspective from touma to mikoto and that's worth waiting for railgun if they don't butchered it, that is!.

Well aside from it I just love the news and I want to know when it would be aired.

Well, who knows. They might do 24 eps but there is also a chance that they will do 25 (Like they did with ToraDora). We'll just have to wait ;A;

Sure, Mikoto is hot but Index-chan is just so darned cute. And it is (nominaly) her franchise, after all.
