Did Chie ever berate Yosuke for telling her sex jokes over the phone in the game?

First event in the anime for me that I can't recall.

Yuu's such a smoooooooooooooooth operator. Damn. He basically owned Yosuke in how to get a girl's number.

And Aiya is just awesome (taking two beef bowl out of the box and balancing both on one hand while driving with the other and not even looking!) She only appeared like 3 times and she's already starting to become one of my favorite girls in the series <3

Actually, I think the most disappointing thing about this episode, is that Yuu didn't have any awesome one-liner after he saw Kanji on the Midnight television

But that's the difference between a side character and a Protagonist

They should always know what to say.

Correction - it's the difference between a normal Protagonist and a Persona Protagonist.

The latter can't get any more Mary Sue/Gary Stu if they tried

So, you want to hear him saying, "I forget to record the show again". I think the average guy would say, "Stay calm. For not getting the wrong idea, I hope no one seeing my watching it.". However, he's not an average guy. He has the movie star look(?) He only smiles when he finds stuff worth the amusement. As the gamer's game avatar, he is supposedly quiet.

The production staffs probably can't find the appropriate dialogue for recycle. Since Igor's voice actor is gone, some fans find the voice memorable. Maybe that's why they do not find the replacement.

Of course that's assuming there is anything to say after seeing something like that

. The side character would try to force something epic after a scene like that.

Sometimes the only right thing is to stand there silently, forget everything you saw and go to sleep.

I'm liking this adaptation so far, make me eager waiting each eps every week.

I'm not too bothered with the complain about pacing et cetera, not saying its isn't true but its just not bothering me aside the horrific premiere.. as player of the game I'm already knew the whole thing so its not a problem they sped up a bit. Its like watching EVA Rebuild or Macross F movies, they skip up the characterization of the cast but as long you got that information from previous installation its fine.

What's mattered for me they show what I want to see in animated form, and this adaptation doing good job expanding that, I love what they did in Yosuke and Yukiko episode (eps 2 n 4) they adding more stuff that we didn't see in the game, and I appreciate the episodic social link eps too, its the best thing they can do about it, make an compiled story that can end in one go so its not hindering other part.

And I'm the only one here that liking Yuu's character?

I dunno guys.. but its refreshing change to have oneliner master like him instead protag with loud mouth every time. And when the last time we have male's kuudere?

Now let talk about my only big grudge about this adaptation, the art and animation quality.

Holy cow this must be the most inconsistent show on this season at that department. The consistency is very bleh, background very uninspiring and not to mention this show must be have the most collection of QUALITY in this season, and oh the coloring in the face can looked very disgusting, its like the chara looked like after eating spaghetti with lot of ketchup in foul's manner.

I wonder that the problem behind that?

My bet is they doing rushed job with the production chasing the deadline of airing before the two new games (and due to sudden request perhaps?) and the issue about problem of animator's wages must be true.

Yuu's not too bad. I imagine that he's going to have more active dialogue as he levels up.

The reason for bad artwork is pretty obvious and I think that the faces are drawing too many cues from the original game artwork. It's a real shame since the faces in stills sometimes look pretty decent.

He might have something to say about it next week, once he recovers from the "trauma"

Words cannot express how stoked I am for next week. Chie and Yosuke's stakeout (which turned into a steak-out, amirite??) was even funnier than I imagined it would be. This was my favorite episode so far. Equal parts main story progress, and Investigation Team wackiness.

Also, Nanako's "onii-chan" is a WMD.
