Thanks for the upload. Trailer didn't do much for me. Great animation, but that was a given. Looks kiddy, but I'm sure Hosada has more planned then just a kids movie.

Did you really bump the thread just to ask a question which you can simply answer by either reading the thread or just reading the first post of this thread or maybe even... reading the TITLE of the thread?

- The thread title says it is a movie
- The opening post says it is a movie which will be out in July 2012
- Every piece of information in this thread indicates this is a movie, from a director who typically only does movies and not TV shows

Why would you come into this thread asking why this is not in the upcoming spring season? Are you illiterate? Or just too lazy to bother reading?

You may not believe that because it seems farfetched, but I'm actually an evil mastermind.

And maybe someone else would come up with more recent infos, like trailers, an OVA, media, character pictures or something like that. But that would just be a positive byproduct of my masterplan to ruin your fourm life, duckroll.

After watching the new trailer, I feel like Hosoda could one day be the next Hayao Miyazaki.

Beautiful trailer. I love all of the scenes where she's having fun with her kids. It's really sweet, and paired with the stunning landscape details (such as the parts in the snow) it just adds something magical. I can deal with not being too fond of their "lumpy cheeks" as long as the story delivers.

Correct. The mother is human, and the movie spans decades showing how she met a wolf guy and fell in love, married him, had two kids, and then she had to bring them up after he dies, and so on.
