Relius kidnaps Arakune
Hazama convinces Litchi to join the NOL as they have magic that will fix Arakune

Noel is another clone of Saya. That is given the true Azure Girmoire, and is chosen by big bad troll Terumi to destroy Amaterasu by her Azure Grimoie, to create the perfect unit of Mu (That Ragna later reverts her back via Lambda/Nu combining with ragna to "Power up his fak Azure Grimoire). However as it turns out Saya is actually the true evil mastermind, and had herself cloned by her will, as Ragna already suspected this as she is the true voice behind Terumi/Hazama to go with her plans with Litchi, Terumi, and Tsubaki. (I can bet someone can answer better than me)

Also can someone explain the situation of Bang having the final Nox Nyctores, and Jin go from jackass crazy - badass in this (His persoanlity changing)?

You could say Noel is the first actual clone to be a "perfect sample" in a sense.

That's something I doubt, considering Ragna shares the memories of his time spent with Saya as well as Jin.

For whatever reason Saya became the Imperator, it's possible it wasn't in her own will. Perhaps her mind was persuaded by a even higher authority to throw Ragna's morale off.

But it's also been stated that Ragna wasn't surprised that Saya was the Imperator either, maybe he knows more about her goals than we do.

No they happened just not the way you think. (I'm not sure of the brother/sister relationship between Saya, and Ragna had beforehand, but afterward she arranged the whole setup for Ragna to initially die, and drive Jin insane, and afterward clone herself to find the right clone to help destroy Amaterasu however she didn't count on when Noel turned into Mu that Ragna would create a complete Azure Grimioire from the remnants of v-13 in Lambda that fused with him to revert Noel back to herself from the Mu/Murakumo. That, and Saya is the shadowed figure from the console opening as well.

Ragna already had a hunch on Saya as the Imperator, Saya herself willfully went with the cloning the whole "abducted" scenario was a farce. She's bad to the one just like the Guilty Gear scenario, except Terumi/Hazama was a troll to the end making us think that he's the real bad guy, but the directors keep it like Guilty Gear where the women are masterminds.

There isn't that much spicy details other than that the ending leaves us with:

Protagonist Groups: Ragna, Taokaka, and Noel. Jin, and Jubei, Rachel, and Hakumen.

Antagonists: Terumi/Hazama, Litchi, Tsubaki, Saya, Arakune (Captured) and possibly a resurrected V-13 for the sword Nox Nyctores,

Mokoto is likely an antagonist since she is under Hazama's branch in the investigation.

I'd like my Jubei now in the next BB game Aksys.
