It says "tokachi tsukuchite". Frankly speaking I didn't know you could live there. Is it nice?
I had heard about the voice looking at Canned Dogs, but I haven't seen what the new character looks like... and that picture in the page moshika linked to won't load. EDIT: Okay, I looked at it. Eh... kinda average design, doesn't beat the impact of Hatsune Miku I guess. Somehow it reminds me very vaguely of okama, probably the hair bow thing and the eyes... Well, it's just a rough drawing anyway, so we'll see the finished, cleaned-up design not too far in the future. I still demand a male Vocaloid 2 >:0

Putting "Tokachitsukuchite" on infinite loop mode I like the seiyu choice for Kagamine Rin, but her visual design really lacks the spice of Miku. Schoolgirl with loose socks? Meh....
