The only Gundam from SEED you get to play is Freedom, for a few stages.

Mainly the CE involvement is GSD, there's no Stargazer though.

For Stargazer, you have to look for DS's SRWK.

In SD Gundam Generation Wars, I wonder why Char in Gundam 0079 appeared too often in SEED scenarios and also villains from Zeta Gundam appeared in Wing scenarios as well. Sarcasm perhaps? As Zeta Gundam considered as best Gundam series ever while Gundam Wing is the worst.

I wonder...since big block buster theatrical movies get video games.....if the 00 movie will get a tie in game.

It has a 0.1-10 chance of happening...but hey, one can hope right?

It's a game mechanic called Wars Break were after you fulfil a set of conditions, enemy reinforcement come in, the second set usually being cross universe. It's a nod to some similarities and some weird jokes. Like both the Titans from Zeta and the UN Army from 00 show up at the end of the Wing campaign, or ZAFT and the Providence Gundam showing up at the end of First Gundam.

It'll probably be something along the lines of the Gundam Meisters game released a while back, but with the plot of the movie. It won't be a direct tie in other than Sunrise being owed by Bandai, hence being made by the same company. You don't see many 'XXX: The game of the movie' in Japan like you do in the West.

Not really. Wing is considered a success by Bandai just like Zeta. Personal opinions don't matter in this case.

Basically the War Breaks stuff just put villains from other shows that have similar purposes. Char was pursuing the White Base like Creuset was pursuing the Archangel, so both the MSG and Seed campaigns feature their ships. Titans are a militaristic organization from Earth like OZ so they appear in Wing.

Yeah it'll pretty much be just like the Gundam Meisters game released for the DS. Other then that, we'll probably see the new MS in future cross over games. Fingers crossed on that one.

I laughed so hard when I first saw this cut scene. I could just imagine Rau leCroissant (kidding) finding the wrong legged ship and being completely confused.

Well Amuro certainly was when he fights Rau's CGUE. And from what I gather from the scene, Rau knows it's not the Archangel but a different ship. I'm not sure whether this was intentional or not.

It's just a shame a good 00 game hasn't been made, or ever will be. The basic formula for a 00 game comes for Zone of The Enders, they can just take notes from that. Doesn't seem like it'd be hard.

Hm I guess that would be some food for thought for Bandai Namco.

But to be honest the feeling you get piloting an Orbital Frame is radically different from the feeling I expect from a Gundam.

A gundam is more clunky but at the same time fast and smooth, while Orbital Frames feels weightless sometimes.

So far the only game that manage to nail the Gundam weight feeling and still have high-paced action is the VS series for me.

That is why ZOE gameplay is best suited for a Gundam 00 video game. Because anything with a GN Drive, and Orbital Frames, pretty much have the same preformance.

I'll admit that the ZOE system works for the 00 DS game, though i'm not sure how it would handle for a console game. Plus we'd have a large selection of people calling it a ZOE rip-off.

If the system was modified a bit, then it could work.

Seeing as there hasn't been a ZOE game for 5 years, and a 3rd one nowhere to be seen on the horizon, who's gonna notice if it's a ripoff?

You know, I'm sure most of mecha fans have already played the ZOE series. A lot of people will notice. Not to mention news about Z.O.E. keep on appearing like this, or this, which will interest people who haven't played it before.

I'd like another VS series that includes only 00 series.

Yeah, I've read that news on a possible ZOE 3, but I won't expect any announcements till...2011, maybe 2012.
