No. They're supposedly back in Academy City (or still in Hawaii because of the Anti-Academy City Science Guardians) except for Mikoto, who was ditched by Touma halfway (as he planned at the end of NT 3).

If I'm reading this correctly, does that mean that there is a mind controlling power suit out there, like there is a railgun tossing five over machine sutuffed down in a basement somewhere? Thus there is fairly possible that more power suits imitate more level 5 abilities?
