Happy Ending Romance Anime

Hi.
ok so if we think about it almost all romance animes have a happy ending, in a way they are all happy.
I just got done watching Honey and Clover and Peach Girl.
Spoiler for title, Honey and clover and peach girl:

So the recommendations I'm asking for is romance animes where a couple struggle in their love for each other and end up together kind of like Suzuka, or Itazura na Kiss pretty much where the main lead ends up with their primary interest. I want to avoid animes like Peach girl or Honey and clover where the main male/female lead does not end up with their main interest or changes his/her mind of who his/her main interest is.
here is my anime list http://myanimelist.net/animelist/acr429
please look at my animes list and recommend some good ones, I'm, ok with any type of romance wether it is Harem, or whatever comedy, drama, action, or whatever, Movies, OVA's, or whatever type is ok. happy ending is a must.
please look at my list and recommend I have seen way to many series to list

please no mangas and no aoi or yuri stuff
Thank you

I get your drift. I'm pretty sure you'll like these. Lots of obstacles along the way, but the it ends up good:

Bokura Ga Ita

Yano Motoharu is the most popular guy in class, the school’s basketball ace, and highly charismatic to boot! No wonder Nanami Takahashi can’t resist falling in love with him. When Yano returns Nana’s feelings, things seem too good to be true and the two begin a relationship; but Yano has a contradictory personality which confuses Nana most of the time. On top of that, tragic events in Yano’s past won’t stop haunting their relationship. Unable to halt their passionate feelings, are Yano and Nana heading for disaster or can they save each other from irreparable hurt?

Lovely Complex

Lovely Complex is a story of a boy and a girl. The girl, Koizumi Risa, is much taller than the average Japanese girl; and the boy, Atsushi Otani, is much shorter than the average Japanese boy. Due to their immense difference in size and constant bickering with each other, the duo is unwillingly the school’s comic relief. As Risa and Otani continue to provide endless laughter for the masses, their friendship develops; and with that, so does Risa’s feelings for Otani...

Marmalade Boy

Miki Koishikawa's ordinary life as a high school sophomore is turned upside down when her parents suddenly announce that they are getting divorced in order to swap partners with a couple they met in Hawaii. They seek her approval of the shocking change, and at a dinner where Miki meets the other couple as well as their son Yuu, who is about her age, she reluctantly agrees to the arrangement. Yuu, while at first a jerk who takes every opportunity to make fun of Miki, turns out to be fun and attractive, and Miki finds herself falling for him. Little by little, she accepts her new family arrangement, and opens up to Yuu as they become friends.

Miki and Yuu's relationship starts to become complicated because of the previous relationships that they have and develop with other characters. These include Miki's long time classmate and former crush, Ginta Suou, and Yuu's former girlfriend, Arimi Suzuki. A secondary subplot develops when Miki's best friend, Meiko Akizuki, herself starts to have her own problems because of the relationship she has gotten into with one of the teachers, Namura Shin'ichi.
Throughout the series, Miki and Yuu's relationship is further developed and tried, influenced by other characters around them and the relationships that they develop with these characters.

Kodomo No Omocha

(the leads are pretty young here, but the comedy and everything else makes up for it)

Kurata Sana has a very eventful life. Though she’s only in the 5th grade, she’s the star of a popular TV Show called “Child’s Toy”. She lives with her eccentric mother and her boyfriend aka manager aka pimp, and faces hell at school. Her archenemy, Hayama Akito, turns the classroom into chaos each day, but Sana is finally ready to put her foot down! Can she defeat Akito and take control of her class? And more importantly, how will she deal with the secrets she finds about him?

Chobits
(if you're okay with a human/robot relationship and a bit of ecchi)

Having failed to earn admission to a university, Hideki Motosuwa has moved to the big city, determined to study his hardest for next year's exams. However, an unusual distraction presents itself one unsuspecting day in the form of Chii, a robotic young girl that has been discarded in the trash. In a world where an increasing number of people turn to these 'persocons' for company, the bonds and limits of human relationships are tested as flesh manages to fall in love with the machine itself...

Kimagure orange Road
(a little older, but it's still a classic and a must-see)

Kasuga Kyosuke is a not-quite-average Junior High student with a problem. He has a tendency to overdramatize, he frequently launches into rambling internal monologues, and he is one of the most indecisive youths in Japan. But none of those are his real problem. His family is also blessed with psychic powers. And, since his two younger sisters aren't very good at keeping their paranormal abilities under wraps, the family has ended up moving all over the country trying to avoid notice. But that's not the real problem either. Kyosuke's real problem is one that most people would pay money to have. He hasn't even gotten settled in at his newest school and he's already got two girls interested in him: Ayukawa Madoka--beautiful but unfriendly and known far and wide as a bad seed, but with a soft side that shows through on occasion. And, Hiyama Hikaru, cute and with an infectiously bubbly personality

To make things even more complicated, Madoka and Hikaru are best friends. So we've got Madoka, who seems to like Kyosuke, but isn't letting anyone know, Hikaru, who definitely likes Kyosuke, and is letting everybody know, and Kyosuke himself who's too spineless to make up his mind or tell either of them how he really feels.

Zero no Tsukaima

Louise is terrible at magic, and can never use it the way she wants to. She is given the nickname "Louise the Zero" by her classmates, due to the inability to use any of the four common magic elements, whereby a mage's power is determined by the number of elements they can use ranging from a single element, one (dot mage), to four (square mage). Early in the school year, the second year students summon their familiars; this is considered a special ritual where a mage summons their eternal protector and partner, which usually is some sort of magical creature. Louise manages to summon a human commoner named Saito Hiraga, leaving her totally humiliated. Due to the sacredness of the ritual, Louise is left with no choice but to reluctantly accept Saito as her familiar. She proceeds to treat Saito as any other familiar only worse, making him sleep on a bed of hay and beats him with a whip for little to no reason, among other things.
One day Saito challenges a noble who disrespects commoners (Guiche) to a duel. Saito is beaten badly at first, but once a sword was put in Saito's hands, he gained a mysterious power and with this power he is able to defeat the noble in the duel.
Louise and Saito's relationship's develop during the course of the story. Together they face many mysteries and uncover unexpected truths, including the nature of Saito's mysterious power, and the truth behind Louise's inability to cast magic.

Nodame Cantabile

Megumi Noda, or "Nodame," is a piano student at the Momogaoka College of Music in Japan. An extremely talented pianist who wants to be a kindergarten teacher, she prefers playing by ear rather than reading the music score. Nodame is messy and disorganized, taking baths several days apart and rarely cleaning her apartment, and loves to eat, sometimes stealing her friend's lunchbox when it is filled with delicacies. Shinichi Chiaki is Momogaoka's top student. Born into a musical family, he is a talented pianist and violinist who wants instead to become a conductor. An arrogant, multi-lingual perfectionist who lived abroad as a young boy in the music capitals of the world (including Prague), Chiaki is trapped in Japan by his phobia of flying.

Nodame and Chiaki meet by accident as students of the same piano teacher, then discover they are neighbors. Nodame quickly falls in love and soon begins claiming they are married, but while Chiaki is initially struck by her cantabile (song-like) playing style, it takes him much longer to appreciate Nodame's unusual qualities. Their relationship causes them both to develop and grow, as they both support and compete with each other.

Da Capo

Asakura Junnichi lives alone with his step-sister Nemu, as their parents are working overseas. Having been brought together by the marriage of their parents, they are happy at having grown up together, and are very close and supportive of each other, so close that perhaps they might have deeper feelings for one another. Being of the same age, they look forward to starting their third year in high school, but there is a breeze of magic in the air that seems to hold a promise of new friends and adventure.

In a magical town where the cherry blossom trees bloom unnaturally all year around, Junnichi stirs uneasily each night, lost in the images of other people's dreams. While Junnichi complains that that he is unhappy at being a minor mage, (only able to perform the simple magic trick of creating a sweet rice ball or two), a number of other special students somehow become entangled in his life. Yoshino Sakura, the daughter of a magician and a childhood friend reappears after a six-year absence to show her joy at being reunited with Junnichi by clinging to his arm, calling him her onii-chan, much to Nemu's concern. The academy's school idol, Shirakawa Kotori, who is rumored to have an ability to understand other people's feelings or thoughts, becomes a friend of Junnichi and Nemu. The strange sisters Mizukoshi Moe and Mako, succeed in drawing Junnichi into their lives with disastrous results. And Junnichi somehow finds himself looking after Miharu-chan, a robot who is attending their school and Sagiswa Yoriko-chan, a cat-eared foundling, who ends up staying at their house in exchange for doing maid-service. But while Junnichi might complain about not having any magic skills and about many other things, there appears to be a greater magic at work in his favor.

I have seen Zero no Tsukaima(love it all 3 seasons), Chobits( it was ok and the ending was ok too), and Lovely Complex( I like it).
