A high carbohydrate diet has been linked to reflux, which seems to be a feature of your breakfast. Do you generally eat high carb? Excess carbs are metabolized by your gut bacteria with hydrogen gas being the byproduct. When this gas builds up over time the pressure in your stomach also builds up, and this pushes stomach contents up your gullet causing heartburn.

Try going on a low carb diet for a while and see if it helps (for example have eggs and bacon for breakfast instead). It might help with your insomnia as well.

I'm going to say he has GERD (Gastro Esophageal Reflux Disease). Take Omeprazole one 40mg capsule 30 minutes before breakfast daily for a week.

No I'm not licensed yet.

You developed cold fusion.
Have you thought about offering your body to science?

An extremely miserable thing, really... One of the original reasons I became interested in nutrition is because I get heartburn from pretty much every unhealthy food you can think of.

Anyone here own a Ford Ranger or Toyota Tundra? I'm trying to buy a used truck with like 50k miles on it, just seeing what people think of the two. My volvo finally went out of commission for good last week, 200,000 miles later.

Ithaca 37 shotguns, and Winchester 97's. Riot guns, preferably. Eliot Ness was known to carry a sawed-off shotgun but not sure what model.

Now that's a tougher question... all the 'advanced countries' have gotten so "OMG TOYS SHOULDN"T LOOK LIKE GUNS" that outside of airsoft guns I haven't seen any gun toys in ages --- the raygun color-drenched Nerf guns have monopolized the toy shelves.

You might end up having to carve them out of wood and paint them

Except he's totally doing that wrong. Get a strip of toilet paper, folder it in half twice and then roll it. And stick it in your ears.

(lol i'm laughing uncontrollably at the thought of seeing someone with those obnoxious tissue paper coming out both their nostrils and both their ear holes XD)

What is your roommate drooling over a Hatsune Miku pillow in his sleep? xD
You are a light sleeper O:

I sleep like a rock, so sound it could kill me in the future. I slept through a 2:00 am fire drill in first year university -.- I'm also a teeth grinder. My ex girlfriend said I sound like sawmill. ):

Your roommate and I would get along well.

Alright I am thinking of making it out of cardboard, but I need to add weight to the receiver to support the heavier magazine.

What can I put inside to do so?

When I used to construct wooden replicas as a teenager, I'd use metal washers, bolts, or even fishing lead weights and just duct tape, screw or staple them in place for weighting.

Kind of depends on how you want to balance it?
