Episode 110 when Sasuke was leaving and Sakura was saying "I love you, I would do anything for you! take me with you, I would me you happy, etc..." and Sasuke turns around says "After all this time..Your still annoying...." It was just funny to see her get turned down like that

Best love confessions of all time. Tears of pain, a kiss out of nowhere, and then a surprising "I love you". Just the way it was executed was great, even though it was obvious that both Yuichi and Ayu were too nervous to say it.

Eh...Naruto characters don't really have the character depth (in a romantic way) for "love confessions" to be particularly moving IMO. I also found that scene kind of amusing.

Then again, the Haku Zabuza scene had potential though!

Yeah, I know Sauske's an ass, but laughing at a scene like that? Even if it was the overrated Naruto series, you still have to feel for that!

Still waiting on a quality confession in my favorite series of all time.

Okay also not really a confession since we knew well before this how Godai felt about Kyoko. But I still love the scene when Godai says he is taking in Kyoko's memories of Soichiro as a part of her. I guess I am putting it here because it is a confession of how deep Godai's feelings were.

For impact, I definately agree with the person who said Iriya no Sora UFO no Natsu. That scene can almost bring me to tears even when I'm dead tired after a long homework. Granted, it's partly what came before that makes it so powerful, but it's still great.

Not really a confession per say, but it was really emotional on ep26 seeing Hime finally reunited with Age. Her running through the water with tears coming down and that music playing...was beautiful.

Like others have said, Dominic and Anemone scene was very well done IMO and good. Also the many Renton and Eureka 'confessions' were good aswell. Like on ep26 after Renton catches Eureka and they both realise how much they mean to each other while the crew is listening.
Aswell as the last episodes and of course the 'Renton loves Eureka <3' written on the moon was great.(and cheesy to others I guess )

I liked the end of Suzuka where

Suzuka confesses indirectly by talking to her old crush's gravestone.

I also think that, even though the characters don't have great depth, that the Sakura-Sasuke confession is one of the better anime confessions I've seen, even compared to romance anime. Although Sasuke is an ass, the scene is exceptionally well done on Sakura's end. Sasuke even left a small impression on me with his subtle "Thank You" at the end.

I second this. Plus, the 5 minutes before and after those lines were epic in terms of emotional impact.
