Damn Ishida is pretty cool and I like the animation on his attack. If you're going to have an aloof male character you can't go wrong with having Noriaki Sugiyama(Sasuke from Naruto) as the voice...heh

Poor guy is gonna be typecasted forever now though... haha

I can't wait to see Orihime in the next episode and her little friends...

they have identical or close to similar fringe.. argh

And 1 thing about Uryuu.. seems like the Quincy clan is like Uchiha clan(wiped out) lol

Episode 12 Thoughts : Suddenly this turns out to be a Mai-HiME-like show. Suddenly characters have ability to see ghost, use extraordinary weapons(Chad;Orihime in the preview)

Damn Bleach.. its the best show i ever seen for now

I believe this is a long-running, Naruto-type series. Maybe not as long a Naruto, but almost certainly longer than FMA. Expect over 60 eps.

its not that they were born with the high spiritual power....its that their encounter with the Shinigami form of Ichigo sort of unlocked theie Spiritual power....Ichigo as a Shinigami hasn't learned to control his power so it just flows out of him like an open tap....so it sort of.....(contaminated?) them

If hey are going to cover the entire Soul Society fight and the fight with the Hollow form of Ichigo then i don't think 60 is going to be enough.....NOOOO....not another year long anime.....

60 is enough I think. Think about it, storywise they are already at book 5 and it is only ep 11. There are 16 books in total right now....

Even if they are going to stretch the Soul Society arc out it can still easily be done in 60 episodes.

i'm also hoping for it to be less then 100 episodes... to me longer animes seem to have more fillers.... still resisting the urge to download the raws and Lunar subs, for i am waiting for the A-Keep ones... but i may change to Lunar soon...

I'm just hoping the upcoming battles won't be as long as the one in DBZ. That'd sux. I'm waiting for A-Keep ones too, but I still download Lunar's anyway (because I can't wait)~

I think its at 17 books now......
even after the Soul society Arc..there's still that hollow mask problem of Ichigo still unsolved.....i expect another 3 books from that...so its probably going to be 70 at least.

Agreed...though if u read the manga it sorts of decreases your craving fot the episodes.....which is a good thing....at least for me cause i know whats going to happen............
which is why i HATE Seed Destiny........once a week is TOO SLOW for such a series......and now they're stopping for a week???What the heck....oh no..GSD withdrawal kicking in.......*collapses to the floor*

Lol, well, im not really a manga type fan yet, so I didn't read the manga of this or any of others. But I didn't expected this series to be that long espeically consider it the modern settings type of anime which is pretty rare. Guess I won't be expecting an ending anytime soon now but still a little happy that its long.

A better analogy would be that Ichigo spiritual strenght tends to draw entities both good and bad to him like a magnet. It's just that right now his powers are so pervasive it's like a big beacon for hollows, as well as slowly energizing the people around him. So out of the crew we see him with, 3 pals plus his kid sister will have their abilities suddenly manifest. Anyway, Tatsuki doesn't quite count, but this girl is so strong she can probably clobber a hollow barehanded

Wonder whats Karin's and Tatsuki's power.........but the animation scene of Tatsuki seeing the ghost was hilarious even though it wasn't even in the manga......now's all's thats left is to see Kon's adventure
And can someone tell me that the Ban form of Ichigo's sword looks rather deceiving.......it can almost pass off as a un-released sword except that its black......but damn it looks cool..wonder whats Zangetsu's power

I read this part nearly a year ago so don't remember too well. But weren't they already born with some spiritual power and Ichigo's inability to control his power released energy that was like a key to unlock the door to that power? I think that's how Urahara explained it. Otherwise there would be a lot more people with spiritual powers.

The last few episodes of the anime has been well done.
