Not really, its added effect is more of an on-hit bonus, which is good for a hate spike Eve. That kind of approach needs a buff Eve though, considering her very low HP...she'd be good with RoA/Rylai's/grail though, since her defense stats don't need much of a boost. What I currently don't like about her is that she seems like a good potential on-hit champion due to her ult, Q and reduction from E, but she sucks pretty bad as one.

Anyways, what's that about no games kicking off?

God I'd be happy about this for other reasons since I HATE Oracles effect on warding, especially for support it's annoying.

I think that was done to deter players from buying an early oracle's on their jungler and roaming the map for $$$. I don't remember which match it was, but there was this Udyr who had swiped like, 20 wards with one Oracle's.

I always countered stealth users with vision wards anyway :P

Right after the patch was done, no games would start. At the 'Game is about to start prompt', all choice screens got stuck. Riot acknowledged it about half an hour in and did a mini-patch fix, it seems.

still, kudos to riot for trying to localize their service, it's really a lot of work and they're planning this for other countries too.

So that patch they tried to do a few nights ago happened again tonight. And now that it's finished, position in queue = Over 20000. 15 mins later, it still said that...then that servers are unavailable again. Huh....wonder what is causing so many issues with this patch.

the code for PVP.net was changed a good bit in this patch with both changes to normal draft and ranked solo queue could have effected something maybe

Ooh, they chucked in a free double IP bonus for 10 wins. Guess I'll be limiting myself to 1 win a day for a while.

How come? First Win of the Day doesn't get multiplied by ip boosts, if that what was what you were aiming for. (I know because I pretty much only play to get my FWotDs)

Also note that per win IP boosts automatically give you the maximum amount of IP it can give for the game type you're on. So Coop it automatically gives you 115, while normals gives 147 iirc (and ranked gives like 10 more if I'm not mistaken).

So yeah, no need to spend an hour of your time to maximize your per win boosts.

Why is there a 2 hour queue to get in this weekend...seriously, if pvp d/cons dump me into a fresh queue, I might as well not play at all this weekend.

Edit: And that did happen...I am not impressed one bit with this new patch...4 hour queue?! Christ, even World of Warcraft didn't have queues like this on the their expansion release days! WTF is this...

It makes his damage output absurd.

That IP boost brought iout so many weird players this weekend. Shens that refuse to tank, full AP teams, full assassin teams...

I have heard Vaynes complaining they're bugged. Not sure why.

IKR? My team's Shen found it very wise to chase Singed and leave me 1v2 Graves and Xin...like, seriously, wtf is wrong with people? Haven't played Vayne in a while, might as well check her out.
