Look at the dates in the Japanese sentences that appear. They mean the 95+96 special. They also say that the movie is coming, not that it's released. This means the special was aired before ep 95+96.

Thanks for all the encouragement from you guys, it is very supportive. I so far have been very disappointed with people who just simply want to have the Naruto movie RAW or even SUBBED, it is just very pathetic, and it also shows the ignorance of how much pain and trouble we subbers have to deal with :\

Firstly, no one here really knows how bloody strict the copyright laws are in Japan, well firstly, let's give some numbers here. Assume from A-H's no. of downloads per week is approximately 100,000, which I think is about reasonable, and the average movie ticket in Japan is 1800 yen, and let's make that 15 US dollars. Well, if that movie raw was ever to get out of hands AND and poor little person got found out, obviously he's reliable for 15 x 100,000 = 1.5 million US dollars. Who EXACTLY wants to pay that much for such a crime? Unfortunately that's how things are gonna work in Japan, it happened once and not likely another one very soon. Come on, even my cousin got fined 10,000 yen for giving his online game password to his friends. -_-; DO YOU WANT TO PAY THAT MUCH? Answer: No.

And now you tell me, are the studios gonna be so happy that so many people are watching their movie and yet no one is gonna get the dvds? I mean, I would be VERY happy to translate and give them my scripts for people who are really gonna own the Naruto movie dvd, but other than that, there isn't any reason why I should be working so hard to translate to give my translations out of FREE AND GET INTRO TROUBLES. -_-;

One of the reasons why I translated the movie special is because it is directly related to the movie itself, and there is no reason why THAT TV PROGRAM should get licensed. Animes are supposed to be entertaining, and not something that you should expect to get. But unfortunately, irresponsible people who think that they can give the movie off BT for free aren't gonna get it easy that way. And frankly speaking, if Naruto gets licensed because your irresponsible ways, what can you say? Or who should get blamed? Those people who licensed it? No way, they gotta make their livings. Now just shut up and don't ever ask for the Naruto Movie. You should really blame your irresponsible ways if it gets licensed. If it never gets subbed in a few days, then leave it as it is, you might as well wait for the subbed version of Naruto come out months later, NOT TOMORROW.

Why should a translator worry so much over the studios chasing after me, when I am not directly responsible for everything? -_-; It makes me more good reasons why I SHOULDN'T BE TRANSLATING. Trust me, other subbing groups are also gonna realize this soon or later.

Now just shut up and just hope that the movie comes out some time in the future. Stop going into other group channels and ask if it's gonna get subbed or the raw is even out. I personally think that they do deserve to get kicked / banned and other groups should follow the same pursuit, whether you may like me or not >_>;
