No Eins, or Yuuno or Arf.
This disappoints me greatly. But it's not like it's anything new.

From the PSP games. Yes, yes she is.
Good God it seems she is reaching Akane Tendo level of bad cooking.

No, poor Yuuno and Arf. They aren't in any of the pictures there.

In her enthusiasm, Akane had a bad habit of not double-checking her ingredients, so that things came out sweet rather than salty or salty rather than sweet. And sometimes sour or bitter.

She might also cook something twice as hot because she thought it would save half the time, and so it would come out both burnt and undercooked.

I wouldn't be surprised if, like Shamal, she made a mistake with oil that sets the contents of a pan on fire (which doesn't mean setting a kitchen or house on fire, which didn't happen to either one of them).

But it's not like a physics-defying curse of Bad Cooking exists, and I'm sick enough of the joke to shoot it dead between the eyes.

Though, this little tidbit amuses me greatly...

Quote:
The "Magical Cooking" one-shot of the Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha Comic A la Carte official anthology book featured Vivio baking some cookies for Einhart. While she's normally a pretty decent chef, she kinda oversold her abilities, and now she felt that she had to bake something more impressive than usual. So she took an ordinary cookie recipe, added some powdered milk, filled it with caviar before baking it, smothered it with a bottle of brandy...

Bourbon Balls are the answer to that. My grandmother use to make them for her workplace (possibly during Prohabition) and my cousin make slight too bourbon heavy ones for professional wrestlers. She confused teaspoon with tablespoon while making them.

Kentucky and Tennessee is Bourbon country

Three hundred pound dudes with huge muscles drunk off their ass without touching a drop of drink.

My other cousin was on the phone with her while she was making them...and getting more and more drunk as she went as she kept adding more....to wet, more waffers...to dry, more booze...too wet...and so on until she figured out the teaspoon/tablespoon problem...but by then...she really didn't care anymore.

Hayate would probably do that for kicks.

More like she was. Sound stages revealed that Shamal improved a lot during the timeskip between A's and StrikerS, vita says she still isn't as good as Hayate but at least she can cook edible stuff now. Apparenlty the source of Shamal's bad cooking wasn't in a lack of skill but more on a lack of adaptability as wasn't used to Earth's ingredientes and cooking tools at first.

Anyway, this is a pic thread so here are some yummy movie material pics! >:3

Spoiler for Small, but I see Unison Hayate with the background of the night sky... Purrrfect. >:3:
WOOOHOOOOO!!!!

I still have fear about the executlon of the plot but this pieces of art are awesome! REDESIGNED LAEVATEIN FTW! He now looks more like a sword with a slightly sleeker but more stylish appearance, i like it xD!

Also Miura trying on Signum's battle costume made me lol xD! Miura have a lot of "space" to fill xD.

First design images of the movie didn't convinced me much but i'm glad to see the art is improving.

Because, unlike Fate, Rai-chan is supposed to have a higher pitch, and thus, sound more like a 9-year-old than Fate does.

So, keeping that in mind...

Rai-chan's voice, despite sounding like Fate, is higher pitched, thus when she sings, she hits the vocals all wrong.

Rather than that, Rai sounds like a boy in the A's game. Disappointed.
