The best I can figure out the caption, it means somethiing like "Look out for what wasn't mixed in that cleansing storm." Anyone with a better grasp of Japanese want to take a stab at it?

My initial reaction and current theory is a movie based on the series, similar to the Utena movie.

Well, whatever it is, it looks awesome! I don't know if this has anything to do with this new project, but the design is really similar to MWP.

I feel like if she is part of Penguindrum, she'll have some connection to Momoka (or she is her.) Momoka had an upside down heart "peach" where this new girl has a regular heart on her clothes, and kind of a peach shape on her lower half.
