Well, Chrono is engaged to Amy in the A=>SS manga, and unless something screws up mid-way of their engagement (( Chrono succumbing to animalistic instincts when Amy accidentally walked in )), I think an official wedding before SS/during SS/after SS is plausible.

And regarding Elio/Fate, it could've been possible that Fate didn't adopt Elio for real because of age/job restrictions and what-not and has to rely on Lindy for on-paper approval. She is around 15~17 when the adoption occured. Hardly legal age. Still doesn't make Fate any less of a mom if Elio calls her "mom".

I just chose rizon from the built in list in mIRC and joined #Nanoha. Looking closer, it seems I'm actually connected to rizon.no, not rizon.net though...
