FYI, you might be able to find some of the avatars you want in the Kore ha zombie desuka thread. Mikoo's made quite a few freebies. Same goes for other shows.

If you have 0.00s per frame, how do you suppose 0.03 makes it FASTER ? ... -_-

Besides, it was 0.03 by default in the original, but when viewed through the Save for Web&Devices feature, it appeared as much slower than the original. There's nothing I can do about that.

Herp derp. You could have at least tried it before dismissing the idea as stupid. I know it's counterintuitive, but that's just how it works.

So you completely ignored the second line of my post ? As I said, the original was with 0.03 per frame, and when I used the default timing and viewed it in IE, it was as slow as the current, 0.00s. I said in my first post that it didn't get any faster even if I used 0.00, implying that I already tried 0.03.

I don't know what to say about it working with you at 0.03 but it does NOT work with 0.03 on my photoshop.

Marlan : All avatars should have border unless they write that they do not want a border. For size, it's obviously 100x100, the size of avatars on this forum. Dunno about the first one, when I crop avatars I usually crop very zoomed up and then zoomed out and post the two versions for the requester to pick either.

Well if it's at the minimum frame time and it's too slow, can't you just delete frames?

Thought it was odd so I tried to find out the problem... it's IE. When I tried to preview the gif in IE instead of firefox, it slowed down the animation for some obscure reason (I think it automatically takes it down to 0). The problem is the same in imageready. Try to preview your gifs in another browser and it should work. Maybe.

Actually, the same happens to me whether I view the image with IE, FF or Chrome. I think it's just PS.
