AFAIK, there are like more than a hundred of these kinds of games released per year. Currently, the games I'm playing right now are Negima (Vols. 1 and 2) and Princess Maker 4.
About 3-4 per month, from which I usually end up playing 1 or 2 at most.

Quality that I look for? Hmm...tough question. It's usually the surrounding hype, recommendations from accomplices, and moe~ factor, especially if the genga art is done by my favorite artists.

Believe it or not, I actually suffered an attack of the first trait a year or two back, except I saw Doms instead of a Gundam...it happened when my GSEED Edition talking Haro went of fin the middle of night, causing me to fall out of my bed.... and shout "Incoming Doms! Battlestations!!"

Seriously.

Yeah, me too. I go for the real niche or hardcore stuff.
Is Bleach being broadcasted? What channel?

Nope Bleach is not broadcasted in our country yet. I guess some people had caught the hype of Bleach (because of the popularity of Naruto) that's why many know of it already...

... but I won't intend to join that bandwagon.

You know you've watched too much anime when your brain melts from watching so much anime that you start to think the members of Gaia Online are intelligent.

I hit an all time low today:

You know you watched way too much anime/bought too many doujinshis/spent all your money on otaku goods and ero-games when...

you realize that you spent over 200,000 yen in the past couple of days (Christmas sales, Comike, New Years sales) and you have no money left to pay for the electric bill.

Hey, at least I can associate with Ochiai Yurika now!!! orz...oh some-higher-being, I am so low.

You see, there's a reason why I said "no, I'm not buying those Higurashi drama CDs yet". Besides, living in Canada means I have to pay an ungodly price for everything because of shipping costs.

But I'm curious, how much of that 200,000 did you spend on Comike? The average doujinshi costs around 500 yen, and most doujin games are in the 1,000-2,000 yen range. With that much money, you could buy enough to fill a shopping cart.

You know you watched(?) too much anime when you find yourself able to describe in detail about a series when you haven't even watched it youself.

That's bad, because without electricity you can't watch anime on TV!

I know that you have watched way too much anime when... the first problem I see in a lack of electricity is the inability to watch more anime!

Your cosplay outfits *ARE* your cloths. o_0

You start ignoring every girl that likes you and falling for every girl that treats you like crap. Especialy if you tend to violently express thier dislike of you.

lol been there done that ~_~ but i see this one in the future

You kids ask if they can go do homework or chores, as oposed to watching "cartoons" with you again. lol

Well, it's not just doujinshis at Comike, it also includes DVDs and a new smartphone at Akihabara winter shopping spree. They also include limited edition items at the dealers' booth, figurines, and the like. At the end of Comike, I must have sent about two boxes of stuff through land courier as I don't want to take those home onto the train.

Fortunately, I think I might be able to have money cashed into the bank automatically deducts the bill for my electric bill from my account. It's just a matter of timing...

Your the reason that on more than one occasion people have had to be escorted out of Best Buy because the anime they wanted wasn't available because you bought it a week ago.

No joke, a week after I made a large purchase from one of the Memphis, TN Best Buys my friend told me that when he went back to the same one he had the same the same cashier that I had(who jokingly made the comment I had cleaned out their anime section)and told him of the situation.

You can teach a child their ABC's using anime titles only.

Instead of Playboy centerfolds pinned up in your room you have anime centerfolds.

You can name 2 or more anime within 3 seconds after being given any letter of the alphabet. Ex. A - Ah My Goddes, Ai Yori Aoshi, Appleseed. B - Black Heaven, Black Jack, Blue Seed. C - Captain Herlock, Chobits, Cowboy Bebop.

You record your own voice using lines from animes to see if you can do them better.

You've spent over $15,000US or more building your anime collection.

Whne you plan a trip to Japan to spend thousands of dollars on anime/manga related merchandise.

Dream of opening an anime/manga clothing design store (that would be so awesome). So you could buy like boots in different sizes *drool*and like so much cool stuff.

If I lived in Japan I would have a different lifestyle I would be buying everything XD
