Gafran has some weird designation number. I wonder it's given by the federation or its real one

The way I see it, If the context of the number is never elaborated later (it hasn't so far) in the series, it might depend on what the UE turns out to be.

If they turned out to be aliens, it might be safe to assume they're EF given identification numbers because aliens likely don't use human alphabets within themselves. If they turn out to be humans even if they separate from us some time ago (and humans might have some form of roman alphabet usage) it might be safe to assume they're used by the actual UE themselves. In other words, we have to go Quantum on this one.

This scenario of course doesn't take into account actual aliens who coincidentally look exactly like humans or aliens that actually use human alphabets within themselves and many other potentially wacky scenarios but it gets the basics done.

This anti-air cannon design has limited elevation angle firing only at the port side. It cant direct their gun barrel at the front, rear and below. I prefer a full traverse turrent to protect all part of the ship, launching decks and bridge.

The weapon w/ a drum magazine and scope appears to be a high-explosive anti-tank weapon.

They may have limited traverse, but they do make it up in numbers. There were lots of beams firing at the Zedas; Diva must have lots of them covering the vessel. Well capital ships in Gundam traditionally have poor AA (even at close ranged) to contrast MS effectiveness.

I'm not sure that's an anti-tank or MS weapon, but I'm curious about the UE armor's effectiveness versus kinetic or other rounds (HEAT-like maybe). We all know that beams from normal spray guns are useless.

I suppose it could be but more likely the gun is designed mainly to be used against MS and the artist that designed used am anti-tank weapon for inspiration.

I dont' get it.

Why are the Genoaces' still using their flashlights?

Wouldn't it make sense for the Age builder to build two more rifles for them? We've seen Wolf use one no problem when he grabbed it from Flit and fired several shots.

I mean I'm not saying it should be mass producing but surely in battle there's a high chance for weapons to be destroyed so shouldn't the AGE builder be capable of building replacements in that event or spares? The data for the weapon is in the computer so they should already have the schematics.

Neither do I actually. The only theory I can come up with is that it's possible that the DODS Rifle output may not be enough to damage the UE if used by the Genoace Custom. We only saw it being used againts a rock afterall.

Probably they have no available of exact type of raw materials quantities to build two or more Dots rifles. Like the great demand 88 mm projectile for the Tiger tank however the shortage supplies of tungsten put the end of their production.

Personally, I wonder how the Gundam AGE-1 is going to benefit from the Gundamjack. After all, we know it accumulates data from use. No one said that learning was restricted to just the one pilot.

Diva did left Nora in a rush, just six hours after the initial UE attack. With just enough "lunar titaniums" for one molding, the DODS rifle didn't get duplicated along the way. Since they'll surely get resupplied by the blackmailed Federation in Fardain, that will probably explain too the upcoming appendages pack the Age Builder (with lots new raw materials) will mold for AGE-1 in order to transform into Titus and Sparrow.

The DODS rifle itself is more durable than the standard Genoace armor, capable of resisting the UE rounds.

The AGE system will speak, and say "Yeah...you suck at this compared to that other kid. You're off the hook."

Like the Gundam, it is made from PLOTanium, so it should be.

So glad to see that solid ammunition is alive and well in AGE. Those Zaku MS had awesome looking guns. I hope they have some bazookas too.

In relative sizes, if the UE ship is around fleet-carrier in size, the Diva must be just a destroyer-escort.

It's a pretty nice looking ship. And yeah looks like it's a carier from the very open design. Unless the whole thing is one big ass gun.

I wonder how well the G-Exes will actaully stack up against the Gundam. I hope Woolf actaully had more information for his friend then just that picture like maybe some specs on the Gundam and the DODS rifle so the guy has some idea what he is shooting for in terms of performance.
