I prefer the other girls over Miyuki, she seems a little too clingy and what's the point of her getting jealous whenever her brother goes near a girl. There's no way she and Tatsuya can be a couple so I find her to be somewhat deluded.

As the person who generally likes the sister types, I have to say Miyuki is extra ordinarily irresistible even when compared to other sister type characters.

The funny thing is that I don't mind Mayumi at all

... she seems to be an all-around great gal as well. She's also been trying her best to help out Tatsuya/Miyuki where she could. And after all of Miyuki's perfection, it's nice to tickle her jealous side a bit *grin* ... which Mayumi does quite nicely.

This is one of the reasons why I'd love to get some more real novel translations. Those subtle details which often get lost in summaries. So please continue by all means!

I kinda like Mayumi. She's a very friendly person who doesn't seem to care about the whole bloom-weed system or social ranking at all. SHe approached Tatsuya first when she had know idea who could he be, just because he was sitting alone early before the first-year admission began, unlike everyone else who gossiped about a weed being eager to school early in the morning...

I like Miyuki too, but if all the girls in Tatsuya's life have no chance against her then it would be too boring. Tatsuya is so strong that I believe we all follow this LN because of Tatsuya. To me, his interaction with his sister is important, but not the thing I actually long for the most.

But when did Mayumi SS in LN vol. 5 takes place anyway? Is it after Yokohama mayhem? But web 3 hasn't been published in tankobon yet.

I prefer MayumiXTatsuya over Miyuki. I like sister love thing but Miyuki is too clingy for my taste. -_- I don't prefer yandere.
