For those who don't know, that's a 4koma manga series, still ongoing. It was adapted into a 13 ep anime series, where the main character(Yamada) is voiced by Yukari Tamura, who also provides the voice of Nanoha. It's very... interesting to listen to "Nanoha" talk about sex, masturbating, and even doing an ojou-sama laugh. :P
