Okay, here's my season predictions (I've decided to a more stripped down post on this than I was originally anticipating, just so I get to other stuff):

@FDW
A lot of those predictions leave me scratching my head, but hey should be interesting seeing if some of the more wild predictions come true. I'm personally loling at the Broncos record prediction. Unless Peyton gets injured I really don't see that record happening. Heck even with Peyton injured I doubt they'd do that bad.

Are you thinking he is going to get injured early in the season? Even without Peyton that team has a lot more depth then at first glance. maybe not enough to make the playoffs without him, but I'd think enough to win more games than the amount you predicted.

And with out Peyton they have no chance to go to the playoffs. I will post my thought on new list later.

No, I'm a Niners and Raiders fan. I'm just bullish on John Skelton's ability to win games. While I covered The Broncos above, The Jets I see as going through a 2003 San Francisco 49ers season. |

I meant Andre Johnson, specifically, not just a generic "one of the top three". I mean, he's already been injured twice in the preseason (groin injury in first game, wind knocked out of him so hard that he had to be pulled the rest of the game in the fourth preseason game).

But I agree Johnson always seems to be getting smacked around.

And the law of chemistry says that once you break something, you can put together something that appears reasonably similar, but not the same. And the law of parity says that they have a tougher schedule this year than they did last year, given that they won the division last year. |
