Thanks, yeah after I saw your post I was curious and also was wondering if they'd posted anymore info on the official site too and that's indeed one of the CDs in the goods section.

Wonder what the antagonists plan is and reason for hunting these people down.
Reminds me of X-men, darker than black, and sacred seven. The reason is probably going to be obvious when he keeps touting around the word "order" being the hint...

Because the existence of mutants threatens their "order". So instead of understanding the new species, they prefer to eliminate them. No assimilate or die here, it's just die.

I feel bad for the cyborgs. They have a controlled existence, can't even be allowed to be bored.

Now that blond guy, if he had gotten his act together earlier, Quon wouldn't have gotten injured.

*This needs to be in the Current Series section now.*

Yeah they have. People still aren't using spoiler tags though for those like yourself that didn't know.

I heavily enjoyed episode one. Okay sure it's nothing we haven't seen before but I don't think that's a bad thing. It's just not a good thing. I think the execution was just top notch. The pacing was especially brilliant. I'm actually looking forward to the next episode.

Interesting story with lots of action. Looks very promising. Will be watching this one.
Reminds me of x-men/tiger & bunny.

Spoiler for Ep 1:

Anyway the first episode was enjoyable. There wasn't much story, but the action was intense and fun. Hopefully they'll delve more into whats going on in the next episode.

Quite good, I thought. Derivative of BONES (all of BONES is pretty much self-derivative) but well-done and entertaining.

Liked the fight scenes of course and its scifi so im already hooked. First episode followed some cliches but oh well, i thought it was still good.

What exactly are Quon's powers? First I thought since he looked fish-like he seemed to have water-based abilities, which was cool. Then in the second fight I swear they were pulling powers out of their butts with him. Do his powers shift every time he transforms or something?

I liked it. The fighting scene are quite good. Not so much development but it'll come.

^ It all depends for when the other movies for Towa no Kuon come out. But I definitely liked the first part, excellent pacing and good animation. The plot may be mediocre but it was backed up with no restrictions from time atleast.

I totally missed this when this came out....

The plot is certainly not very original but I wouldn't call it horribly cliché either. It's too early to judge anyway, the first episode was only an introduction, I expect more exposition in the next one. I'm actually quite intrigued about Quon and the role of the tree (its name is in the title, so obviously, it's important).

The action was excellent -definitely the main strength of the show- , the voice cast is top notch and the character were pretty fun (Yuri :3 ). A very good watch in my book.

I think he can control whatever matter he touches with his fingertips. So he's got that + beam sword + flesh shield + regeneration (that he can only use while in human form, apparently).
