No information about a bundle.
If you buy all of them at once, you can get a gift (poster, telephone card...) from the store (I wonder if that plan is ended?).

It's no.
Only for buying at some certain stores such like Toranoana, and all of them at once.

I remember that Joly-san posted about the gifts in this thread...
