If it runs like this I predict :

Spoiler for spoilers:

- Keima will do a double capture in this part
- Yui is Mars and Shiori is Minerva.
- Yui's keikaku simply means for her to cosplay rape him, or to lead her to her sisters, or simply to do a fast restoration of her powers to maximum level. This means sex.
- Minerva is a fujoshi, and is willing to share Keima with Mars just to see the hot yaoi action.
- Kanon will only awaken when all the goddesses are captured.
- Elsie will be in trouble and be targeted by Vintage while Keima is capturing goddesses.
- A goddess' power level is indicated by halo -> wings -> physical trait. Mars has super strength, Diana has cloak, Vulcan can turn anything into a weapon, Minerva can remember everything she sees and read (include that of inside Shiori's memories), Mercury has super-speed, not sure about Apollo.
- Diana is the recovers most of her power with Keima because both her and Tenri are in love with him.
- Chihiro, who is with Elsie, is used as a bait by Vintage, so he has to surrender the goddesses to save Elsie.
- Miyako is Mercury, and Keima will have to make an initially uninterested girl fall in love with him.

I think we better stop before this really becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy.

Spoiler for more predictions:

- Minerva/Shiori speaks in a confident, ladylike way.

- Nikaido and Akari, is in fact an undercover team backed by Heaven instead of New Hell to investigate the seal-sunder. They are trying to uncover if elements of Old Hell have infiltrated the New Hell, or that New Hell is betraying Heaven on the sealing pact. Akari, based on the name Rimuel, is not a being of hell, but rather from heaven. She's an angel - explaining why she and Nikaido are significantly more powerful than a normal runaway spirit squad.

- Eventually Keima has to protect the goddesses, without the help of Heaven or Hell. Nikaido refuses to help him so as not to blow her cover. Nora turns on them and releases Fiore, but Hakua defects from the corrupted New Hell hierachy along with Elsie. Fiore eventually doubts the orders of her higher ups but rejoins Vintage anyway, but not with as much zeal as before.

- Ayumi and Chihiro will have parts to play in protecting the goddesses. They are the only normal human beings who know about the entire goddess-weiss fiasco.

- I retract the previous prediction of Yui cosplay raping Keima, but rather it is Mars who wants to be reincarnated into this world through Yui, just like how the Weiss can reincarnate as the girl's firstborn. She is stopped by Shiori/Minerva.
