Euh....I tried to make it, but the camera was pannig in and I'm still working on trying to make a GIF like the Tsunade one Shin made following her tutorial. Maybe she or Palani cna make it for you. =/

Yea, the tutorial is wonderful, but either I cannot comprehend it, or it isn't explained well enough for me to understand. =/ Anywho, I enjoy making GIFs...If I can't do one I usually drop it, or try to do everything, reverse, tween, etc. to make it good. Sometimes, there is nothing I can do with my little knowledge.

I'll do what's in my power to steal that title >:D but that means I'll probably have to start downloading raws, and I can't seem to find them recently.

Yea it was that, but without Naruto, I think. I made it, tried to get it under 50KB but it looked...wierd. Plus I was making it after 12 others, so I was tired.
