I'm actually interested in what's going to happen to the last Glaston Knight. I know they're not that important to the plot or anything, but I'm just curious if he'll actually die and if he does, how he'll go out.

Well, how Claudio goes out is in the 30 second preview. His Gareth, armless, and reduced to missile tubes and Harkens, is gutted by Toudou.

And a gum line was a line of speech printed on gum packets. Kallen's is "If you say 'I love you' or something like that, I won't forgive you."

I don't remember the exact wording, but Nunnally's is something like, "I will end onii-sama's sins." Kallen's is "If you say something like, 'I love you (him/her),' I'll never forgive you."

I think his plan is to get in range of the mines in Mt Fuji and destroy it

Those mines were the source of the War in the first place.

The only Gareths shown were those of David, Edgar, and Claudio. David and Edgar were killed over Tokyo, so...yeah.

Because of the Glaston Knights, he's the only one not dead yet. (First two killed in episode 4, another two killed in 18.)

I'm pretty sure that the Glaston Knights have been the only ones shown in that particular KMF. (Someone correct me if I'm wrong.)
