I was mostly referring to how high the top is and the fact that her flat chest is the only thing keeping a "wardrobe malfunction" from occurring.

Also it's a bit overly frilly/girly to the point of absurdity. Even my amaloli dresses aren't this EXTREME CUTE. Only cute tiny Asian girls can get away with that.

I haven't seen a really accurate cosplay of Mugi. She's pretty much a hafu, and only Asian-Caucasian can pull off that look without looking too Asian or too Caucasian.

Plus... half-japanese are *rarely* blonde... its much more often seen in quarter-japanese. Mugi's pretty special (in a lot of ways ).
