Hoshizora Meteor, author of still unreleased Girls' Work, well well-ignored Fire Girl, or World Conquest Zvezda Plot (but more importantly some of greatest Liar-Soft's masterpieces like Kusarihime or Forest), is finally getting his chance to write own Fate instalment, in form of series of Light Novels illustrated by NOCO.
It's name is:

Plot Summary:
Once, there was a large war.
The war ended, and the world became peaceful. Now, anyone has a "Holy Grail" and summons a Servant bounded to them by fate.
There is only one girl, Utsumi Erice who doesn't have one.
This girl encounters the last Servant summoned into the world, a boy.
But, she has no idea what her fate shall be.

"I'm a death god - my job is to kill Servants." The girl who was separated from paradise meets the final Servant summoned in the world.

This premise doesn't sound like Fate at all.

This sounds more like a premise for maybe a digimon spinoff. Everyone has their destined partner and goes about their lives without any apparent need for one.

It does sound a bit weird. Also if this is the last servant...does that mean no one is going to be born in that world in the future? Maybe it's just an awkward summary. While it sounds odd...there have been Fate series that go to unusual places. Maybe it will be better than it looks at first glance.

Everyone has their own servant? I wonder how that even works. I guess there are plenty of "duplicate" servants, assuming the world population there is the same as ours.

So every average joe has a servant? I'm curious as to how that even works and how the world would be affected when you can walk into a legendary hero or figure whenever you walk down the street.
