Guilds isn't something like the NFL, MLB or NBA. League seasons, win/loss ratio or what not. It's about being a hub for missions that come from paying customers.

Laxus was just being obnoxious, impatient, rebellious and haughty. Realistically, if he really got ahold of the guild, I think at most, he'll kick out half of them, and enforce some kind of ruthless atmosphere and code of conduct. It would end up being worse, but he's too stubborn to see that.

He had said and thought of doing a lot of cruel things during his own arc, like telling Fried to leave if he didn't want to commit or kill Kana because she was useless, but those things don't legitimately reflect what Laxus really wanted. He was just... well, pissed off and wasn't thinking rationally.

The last page was easily the best part of this chapter. I'm ready for some serious bad arse Gajeel next chapter.

Have to agree about Levy's magic style. I really liked it, and look forward to seeing her use it more so we can see exactly what kind of limits it has. Because being able to write something and have it happen is fairly potent.

And now that Gadjeel (or is is Gazille?) has eaten iron, he should be fairly pumped up. Although I was really looking forward to seeing them fight as a team to defeat the other duo, but I do see his point. Everyone else needs to know the entire Grimoire Heart guild is coming.

Decent chapter overall.

Yea epic last page, I like that he remembers that fight with Natsu and how he has become a part of FT.

You really don't want to mess with a DS that takes up the role of the action hero thats "on a mission". You know the Stevie Seagal, Van Damme, Rambo, Arnie kinda hero

I also love Levy's magic, actually pretty cool in it's own cute way. Hope we get to see more of it later.
She would make for a great support mage for the DS, infact probably not many others that could be as good.

Man, Fairy Tail's always at a disadvantage - never a proper guild on guild fight. If I was on that Island, I'd be so pysched once I heard that that THE Dark Guild was heading my way - a fight where I don't have to worry about property damage or lives lost if they're not from my own guild.

They want war...then LET THERE BE WAR!

But I hope that Fairy Tail doesn't turn out to be the 'guardians' of Zeref's grave or something to that effect.

she can instantly make all the elements that the DS feeds on and recharges them. Plus now that i see it in action, if someone were to be chasing levy, she can turn around and write wall and the chaser would run straight into a wall. There is a lot possibilities with her power.

Too bad she isn't up to writing in the sky with big fiery letters or something.

I'd say running into the word "acid" or "poison gas" or "lightening" would be a bit more problematic than "wall".

But yeah, though it seems to be somewhat short on raw power, her magic is pretty versatile.

ANOTHER war in popular manga, this is definitely the latest fad or something! Chapter started out really weird...swordsman was alright with clever attacks, but the dam bird throwing eggs at the team for sucking too much!? That aside, pretty awesome pose at the end page, iron heart was catchy too.

And I wonder if the original raw had IR♥N instead of Tetsu. The heart could be work of scan editors trollin. Given the situation, one would realize that this is not the right situation for showing affection like that, nor have the leisure to do so, and Levy's like the smartest girl in the guild.
