Ok, that didn't sink in when I was watching, and my memory of the manga concerning Ini is a bit foggy, but.... 300 years old?
That must mean she has knowledge of the previous Queens. I must bribe Ini of that information

Still though, when Naoya knelt down and Ini kissed him, that was the first time I realized, just how small she is she's so small, her sleeves are too long! Too... long... wait, that means... 100 years earlier, she had a smokin hot body! Ini, grow back to the size of your sleeves, now!

No... the sage they knew was over 300 years old. Ini is the daughter of that sage, and she's not even seven yet. She was implanted with all of the former sage's knowledge. She knows everything, so she thinks she has nothing to learn. Therefore, Ini believed that she had no incentive to see the outside world.

It was a minor detail, so I don't know how well the anime touched upon that.

In the manga it was much more detailed, so I knew something was off. It's not like I forgot, please don't tell me I'm losing my mind

And, the Anime didn't go into the details of the Old man Sage, that's probably why I paid it no mind

Some people have questioned why the Yggdrasil tree connected to a tree in a Japaneses park when activated instead of one in Scandinavia. Given that both the anime and manga are hinting that there is something special about Naoya perhaps he is the reason. Also, if I am not mistaken, that plant that Naoya carried with him was a Yggdrasil tree, so now they will be able to go to his house and not the park.

Siguro makes an interesting foil to Naoya. There is a difference between friend, family and lover, and he only occupies one of those slots. Not the first time Hiroyuki Yoshino and Ryoko Shiraishi have been together this season. I wonder if these guys will be appearing again - it's nice to see other countries represented in the show. Not too much time for that, though - there's a beach episode waiting in the wings.
