Sigh Mika....
Anyways, the case this episode involves a hospital getting attacked. Also, that Kamui guy is quite dangerous if he can influence PP levels. Good episode overall though with the balance. Next week will probably be more action from the buildup this time.

What? That didn't look like a hospital to me. Just some sort of therapy station/medicine store or something.
Good episode overall, though. Not liking how inspectors seem completely incapable of doing anything without the dominator though. I know that's kind of the point, but it is a huge chunk of metal. It can at least function as a bat to protect themselves. A shame that Saiga wound up in a facility, but he knew as much would happen when he helped Kougami. |

Kamui sure is a cold and dangerous one.
The mystery of that WC? writing is intriguing. Wonder who really did that.. This season is definitely going deeper in. Feels like everyone is trying to stop her from investigating more. Shisui is annoying. Trying so hard to be liked, but failing epically.

Another good episode. I have to say, I'm pleasantly surprised with how this is going so far. AFAIK it's only going to be 1 cour, so it can afford a compact plot, but I'm liking it. It's got quite a few threads going at the same time. Also everyone though togane was a sybil brain, but I guess not. If that's the case, I don't really like the fact that he's so similar to kogami

When they eventually catch Kamui or at least make it known he's not a ghost, I hope to god Akane slaps Mika across the face.
Aside from her another good epi, really looking forward to see what Kamui has planned. The scene with him and Shisui was creepy. And yes I'd like more scenes of Gino in a sleeve-less T, please

My an opening upgrade. It makes it seem more ominous.
I'm especially glad that Kamui is nothing like Makishima, though I wonder how he's gotten so much information about these people and their hues. I only thought those in the MWPSB and medical fields could get that information. |

Well the beginning was something but I strongly felt an influence of Saw movies in that scene.
So the mystery at this point is how can Kamui affect other people's level of PP. Make their hue clean again. He is viewed sort of like a messiah by these people. Again makes me think of Saw movies. The clear hue thing would explain his interest in Akane. She always had an unusual (compared to others) ability to keep a clean hue. Actually during the 1st season I thought there's gotta be more to that. They've gotta make a reveal she's a new breed or something. A genetically engineered human for this new type of society. But that never happened. It was amusing to see how a random politician can get picked up by cops for some brain washing (emergency-therapy they call it). Turns out Ginoza has a prostetic arm. Makes sense, like father like son. I've grown to like OP more, both song and animation. The ED is still thumbs down. Still can't stand the lag effect at the start and repetitive J-hardcore beat. Also maybe this is total nit picky bullshit but how does WC: What Color make any sense in context of the world? I mean why in English? this is Japan, the guy who wrote it is Japanese. It's as if I went to Germany and wrote somehitng in Arabic just ot mess with local detectives, surely they can figure it out. |

If someone intended to watch season 1, why would they not finish that before starting season 2? If they're watching this anyway, they clearly don't care about spoilers or season 1 at all. |

I wonder if Kamui is a former therapist. He seemed to calm Shisui down through words (though there may have been something in her IV), the guy at the medication store who attacked Risa was ranting about "medication not being enough", and Kamui mentioned to Shisui that "sometimes activity is better at clearing the Hue (indicating some knowledge of how Hues work). I have to admit, I'm disappointed that Ginoza and Mika haven't had more time together (though that may change as the season progresses). I was certain that we'd be given insight into why these characters think the way they do as they interacted, though I guess this season may not be too concerned with character interaction what with the limited episode count and the mystery story to tell.
