The first episode was the most random thing i have seen, especially the first part and the ending (quite creepy). They skipped the opening altogether in a similar fashion to the first episode of the first season (i hope they can come up with something as shocking as the opening of the 4th episode). A very enjoyable/random re-introduction, though i still need some subs in order to understand part of the jokes.
They kinda showed up, but they didn't have 'major' roles in the first episode. They might be more involved in future episodes. |

I haven't watched it yet, but I've been told that the "odd" things in the first half of the episode are actually replicated exactly from the manga, panel by panel.
So perhaps they can escape via the "Follow the original way" road?
