It's pretty good. It's a tsundere Chinese girl and an otaku Japanse guy. Lot's fun slapstick comedy moments.

I'm happy to be here..... kind of sad to see that it's mostly died out. I guess it makes sense. I would have loved to be here in 2007 or so when the Third Semester manga was climaxing.

Anyway, thanks for the info, guys. I might check it out. How do the characters compare to the SR characters?

Still in development, there are yet to be characters introduced, mostly it's focused on the 2 main characters. Yakumo made a cameo in one chapter btw.

Yay, for Yakumo! That's motivation in and of itself XD

I think I will check it out..... I know a lot of people started boycotting KJ after SR's ending... while I didn't like the ending, I wouldn't go that far..... the man's free to end his manga as he pleases, despite what any of the fans might think and regardless of how much I or anyone else didn't like it

. The only reason I didn't read NNA is because I couldn't get over SR and didn't wanna read anything of the same genre, since I was afraid it wouldn't live up to it.... almost like when you're dumped by a girl you really love, it takes time to move on and go out and meet new people/date again.

Yea, i remember some videos, where some dudes in Tokyo burn SR books. "Uuuh, Tenma burns good." "Woa, look, Harima burns like nuts!"
Actually i want to see those vids again to get this nostalgic feeling, when these SR chapers came out.

Yes, I remember that too! (though I'm not quite sure what 'burns like nuts' means XD) I felt so bad for Jin.... I mean, like I said, I didn't like the ending, but I never took it as something personal against him..... like I said, you can't blame him for doing his thing his way..... even if you disagree.

But hey, if you want the nostalgic feeling, why not read the manga again? XD Especially the third season..... that really got us into it - particularly when Eri was starting to acknowledge her feelings for Kenji and got really jealous of Tenma, ending in Yakumo slapping her... that was pretty intense.

SR has a bad ending. But overall the development and the fan attachment to the characters are 100% good while the series was ongoing one reason why it's nostalgic to see it everytime.

Unless Jin Kobayashi makes a SR spin off again written by him but done by a different artist.

Agreed. I think the series, for the most part, up until the last 5 or so chapters of the manga and SRZ were, was pure gold. Kenji and Yakumo especially were especially likable, imo, for guys because Kenji represents the sefless guy who's all about the girl he loves, but is still not a soft loser (since he's a thug, lol) and Yakumo because she's like... most guys' ideal girl, lol.
