I'm glad Ayase got more spot light for this one episode, I hope some other characters who don't get much screen time, like Saori for instance, get the same treatment in future episodes. The best part is always getting to see a side of those characters that you don't usually see.

You know what, this episode makes me want to ship Kirino x Ayase. It's makes you wonder if Kirino is deeply in the closet about being a lesbian. That would certainly be more helpful that her brocon antics.

Manami trying to do those lines from the game was a hoot. Too bad Kyousuke was too dumb to realize what she was doing. Ayase being honest with her yandere side was also hilarious(and a little scary). Kyousuke, be careful around her and rabbits, okay?

It's also funny how many women in his life call Kyouske "Onii-san". I guess they may have an inkling about his hidden siscon side. (and for the record, I want Manami or Ruri to win).

Ayase going the yandere route at the end was great. Poor Kanako, you just be a sacrifice for these two.

Anyway, I really like how Ayase's simply err..... rationally overreacting to Kirino! She has kept up with Kirino's hobby so far, although... that game sounds like those Facebook apps. The fact that it's real-time usually makes it addictive.

Lesson Learned: Don't play Real-Time VNs.

Pardon the late post, but wasn't this episode (and the drama CD before it) a massive "seiyuu joke"? Saori Hayami is well-known for her portrayal of Manaka Takane from the premier "video-game-girlfriend" game "Love Plus" on the Nintendo DS, and having her portray a character who is horrified at such a piece of software must have been delicious irony on the part of the writers.

Yes, this was discussed earlier in the thread. It is all basically an in-joke, and also served as an excuse to give her an extra episode in an overall story that didn't really feature her all that much until right near the end.

Yeah, I hear the scene with Ayase and Kyousuke with him in handcuffs was longer and more involved in the novel. Too bad that wasn't the case with the anime.

A similar joke could have been played if Saori Makishima was mega-embarrassed at hearing eroge voices from an overheard game, and the voices turned out to also have been made by Hitomi Nabatame (who is Saori's voice actress and has an extensive eroge resume).
