Fall 2010: Your Expectations and Anticipated Series

The blue are shows I'm definitely watching, it's kinda hard to see. Lots of maybe (yellow) and no way I'm going to try all of them.

My problem this time round will be selecting what to watch for the season and what will go for the after-season, because of the number of great and anticipated shows I have my eyes on.

Must Watch:

-The World God Only Knows I have been looking forward to this one for a long time now, so it goes as a no-brainer.

-My Little Sister can't be This Cute you'll come around

-Bakuman I'm very interested on how this will turn out like

-Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt more like wicked and amazing with awesome on the side

-Iron Man Even though The new trailer filled me with dread, I still look forward to this

-Sora no Otoshimono: Forte Heavenly

-Letter Bee R after that cliffhanger, ofc I'll fallow this one

Maybe later:

-Index 2 I might just marathon it like I did with the last series, but that depends on the first few episodes (and If I had time)

-Arakawa under the Bridge first season still in the backburner

-Soredemo Machi wa Mawatteiru see Index

-Samurai Girls or Motto To-Love-Ru Might be guilty pleasure

-Star Driver hey, any show that duckroll is exited for is worth a try in my book

will be keeping an eye for anything else as usual

Will watch:
- Letter Bee S2: Damn that cliffhanger
- Arakawa UB S2: S1 was hilarious and had some surprisingly interesting introspective moments
- Index S2: Entertaining S1, no reason not to continue
- OreImo: Fluff of the season? The novel seems to be extremely popular at least

Will likely watch:
- Bakuman: Manga supposedly really good
- The World God Only Knows: Premise kinda zzz, but main chara has potential to be awesome.
- Psychic Detective Yakumo: Mystery and ghosts whee.
- Soredemo Machi wa Mawatteiru: SHAFT + Shinbo. Also, oh god an obaa-san maid.

Will maybe watch:
- Stardriver: BONES original content sounds nice, though I'm a little on the fence for anything with mecha
- Panty and Stocking: wtf GAINAX
- Kuragehime: Brains Base in Noitamina, hmm
- Ika Musume: Seems to be the obligatory cute slice of life title
- Fortune Arterial: Game player seems to like it

For the first time since 2001...number of series I'm looking forward to in a season is...zero. I plan to go into the October season with no expectations and hope something surprises me. Anime circle in my parts is almost ready to blacklist the October season in full.

Not insulting anyone else's tastes, mind you. Hope your enthusiasm turns out to be validified. But I am personally feeling a sense of foreboding.

I **usually** check the first episode of **almost** everything that airs in a particular season. but there's a couple of series I will be looking forward to with more enthusiasm:

Kuragehime. Noitamina show for the Fall Season. Adaptation of an **Award Winning** Josei Manga. story centered on female otaku! it sounded really interesting when I connected the dots.

Bakuman. Mangaka duo that created Death Note. Kasai Kenichi (Honey and Clover, Nodame, Aoi Hana) and JC Staff are adapting the source material. one of the most interesting manga (about manga) out there.

Imouto. I'm really looking forward to this show. Loved the gorgeous artwork, loved the characters (Light Novel/Manga), loved the voice acting (Drama CD).

To-love-ru. finally finished the first season a little while ago. wonder if I should go through the ovas first. the show should be fun to watch.

God only knows. no way I'm going to miss this.

Shinryaku! Ika Musume. I get feeling the show is going to be to my liking.

Index. maybe. if the show is more like railgun and less like index. =D

MM! maybe.

Samurai girls. maybe.

I can't really see much that I'm excited about, honestly. I guess there are a few series I'd consider watching, and no doubt will for the first few episodes to see if they're worth it.

Fortune Arterial (Sounds fun, I'll give it a try)

In the addition to Milky Holmes, Yosuga no Sora and MM!, I'm forgot to add Fortune Arterial to my watchlist.

Ah, this could be a good season! There are only two animes I'm 100 percent certain I'll follow though. The first one is Arakawa Under the Bridge x Bridge. The first season was hilarious, and I can't help but love the quirky characters (especially Riku, Hoshi and Sister). Hope we find out more about all of them, but I'm most curious when it comes to Nino and Kappa. Simply put: There's no way I'm missing out on this. The other one is Hetalia, because it entertains me, and I don't have a reason to stop watching it now. Besides, I'd like to see how my country will get portraited .

I'm most likely going to check out:
Bakuman. Haven't read a single page of the manga, but have been wanting to for some time. I'm looking forward to this series, it's going to be fun, I'm sure.
Kuragehime. Jellyfish. Female otaku. Hanazawa Kana as the main character. Yup, this should be interesting .
Soredemo Machi wa Mawatteiru. I'd like to get more familiar with SHAFT, and I like the little I've read about the story.
Shinryaku! Ika Musume. I don't have a specific reason to watch it, I just usually check out comedies .
The World God Only Knows. I like manga and animes with otakus, and the manga is popular, so why not?
Yosuga no Sora. I like the character design very much, and I liked the synopsis I read on MAL.
My Little Sister Can't Be This Cute. This will be interesting :>.


I might check out:
Star Driver. I'm not interested in mecha, but I miss hearing Miyano Mamoru's voice .
Psychic Detective Yakumo. Seems like this could be pretty good, but... it's a horror anime, so I'll have to find out exactly how scary it's going to be before I watch it.
Togainu no Chi. I'd like to watch a decent shounen ai, but it'll probably be a quite dark series, so I'm pretty iffy about this one.
MM! I'm no ecchi fan, but if the comedy is good I can probably watch it. I'll wait to see what people think of it.
