Been lovin this one, though I only realized today that I was behind by like 8 chapters... but it's all good since I got to read a lot and catch up. Can't believe it started back in november, it doesn't feel like it's been that long.
Anyways, I think this is the first new SJ manga that I've really liked in years (last one was probably neuro). I get pumped reading every chapter, and though I started reading because Tosh was the artist, the author's doing a nice job with the story. It's a good read and the relatively fast pace of the story's nice too.

So chapter 15... the stage has been set! Soma's already got a rival too, I think it's the guy we saw already in chapter 4. I guess next week's finally the start of the grueling camp.

I just love how freakin SMUG he looks as he confirms the intention of his spiteful enemy.

Soma's always got that awesome "nothing fazes me bro" look on him at every confrontation.

I think that's what I love about his character. He gets me excited to see the showdown and watch him beat his opponents. I just think, "alright let's do this!"

Also Megumi, whether she wants it or not, has become this story's clumsy sidekick. Whether the protag just so happened to be Souma is a good thing for her or not, we'll have to see. Good luck and hang in there, Megumi.

I honestly expected Souma to react when the guy stepped on his foot. But nope, dude stands there like a BOSS and doesn't even flinch

We need more badass protags like him.

Meanwhile, Nikumi is still full-on dere for Souma

Megumi is as cute as ever, though she might need some diapers at this rate

What are the odds of Tosh! slandering their characters and make a H-doujin any time in the future? My guess is close to 0 since WSJ will probably prohibit the use of their characters by their own authors and artists outside their magazine unless they authorize it for special occasions

Poor Megumi; her plain, homely look seems to attract attention right off from some of the chefs.

She must be real lucky though because she got to remain as a pair with Souma.

Souma was badass as usual. I love his unwavering confidence. Need more MCs like him in this aspect.

That guy who got expelled because of his shampoo. I actually feel a little bad for him.

Megumi and Nikumi are so damn cute (Nikumi is hotter though). I still Erina is the best looking girl, though her personality doesn't match it.

I'm sure they will, but later. Only after Souma has driven Erina so up the wall of frustration with his attitude that she completely spatszes. I look forward to the chapter where she hates him so much she has pictures of him plastered all over her bedroom so she can remind herself of how much he pisses her off.

I'm interested in seeing in why none of the graduates are interested in Souma. I'm pretty sure they heard rumors at least. Instead it went to the one who started to get a mental breakdown.

I don't see why a bunch of highest-level professional chefs ( most whom are independent store-owners, and are not really associated with Tootsuki Academy outside very minimal capacities ) should give a rat's ass about some smug first-year student. They're not teachers like Capelle.

The only scenario I can see them even taking an interest in Souma is because of his father.
