I am more shocked on why Tsukune is picking up Ruby's skirt.

I think that's the lost screen where the girls loose or you loose a fight with a classmate youkai and instead of getting the girls Tsukune gets beaten up instead by the youkai and as always he survives.

Btw if you're not successful in taking of Moka's Rosario tag-team Tsukune and Moka will fight the certain youkai.
