Gotta find a way to work in ITEM too, they're tied to the BRO Shiage and Saiai is Project Mayday (or whatevs its called) so you could work in some ties.

After analyzing their interactions, I came to a conclusion that she is more of a rebellious little sister that just pisses him off.
So the interaction was the deciding element here.
