It's a very good question. Prince guy just happened to be stupid enough to reveal it so openly, but others might be hiding deeply.

I think it is pretty safe to assume that there will be more than one guy will retain the first timeline memory. If I not mistaken, even Celdric sometimes dreamt about the Tia from 1st timeline and won't surprise me that he will eventually learning about the first timeline.
