Well, i wouldn't change this chapter because it is necessary within the context, but individually -- it is pretty boring.

The only two things i can come up with as far as guesses would be.

1) Ramen girl is with the travelling ramen-nins that were featured in the anime-fillers.

2) I think Kakashi is going to show Naruto the Kunai that Yondaime gave him during Kakashi Gaiden

3) I think Kakashi will also reveal to Naruto his connection with the 4th.

That is all...

Hold up, if I remember correctly wasn't Ayane the name given to the ramen girl in the anime? I don't remember her being referred to BY NAME in all of the manga so far...but here in chapter 320 (based on the scanlations), Kakashi explicitly refers to her as "Ayane".

So, either the anime people already knew what ramen girl's name was beforehand, or Kishimoto-sensei used the "convenience" of the anime-given name since Ayane wasn't a really important character...for now.

As I said in the Q&A thread, Ayame's name was known since the 1st Data Book.

The Akatsuki should have a fight over who get to kill Asuma.
I recall that Kisame still has to return the favor for that cut on his cheek.

These "titles" usually come true but almost never for the following chapter. Take them as vague previsions mean to happen in a bunch of chapters. At best.
