The one from last month is out for quite a while already (raw and translation)
But Nasalere, the one doing the scanlation, didn't scanlated it yet.

So what questions remain unanswered in this arc?

1. Who is the "Client" the security adviser and Misaki were discussing at the beginning of the arc.

2. For what reason is MEMBER searching for the sisters? Is this at Kihara's orders through the liquid-metal-girl, or is it from the board of directors?

3. Why did Misaki attack MEMBER's "villas"?

4. Why did liquid-metal-girl say "Maybe there is some hope" when recalling Mikoto's uncomfortable response to her challenge that Mikoto was playing a fool by living carefree even though she knew of AC's dark side?

5. What is "Exterior" and what are Misaki's plans for it?

6. Why does Misaki want to protect Mikoto's clones?

7. How many times can Saten brush within an inch of death before we decide she's not a Normal anymore?

That is not known yet.
Those two were ploting something with Sisters and obviously someone is above them.
(Though it could be unrelated, and the "client" could be some IMPORTANT person that attended the Opening Ceremony and she was supposed to mind-control him later.)

MEMBER is under Aleister orders and he certainly does not need to search for Sister.
But Mitori is working for Gensei (besides MEMBER) and used MEMBER for her own purposes and let them search for Sister.

(Or to mind control the Professor to help her search for the Sister)

From several hundred meters range and max 10 people under absolute control (or like 100 doing simple commands) to several kilometers range, with thousands of people under her control.

That girl is not a Misaka Imouto.

Perhaps early experiment of what will become misaka network? Thus even though her body destroyed, but her mind is in the cloud ? So misaki need sister to take her mind from the cloud (AIM) and restore her body..

Now that sounds familiar, reminds me of an arc in 3x3.

There's something looks like a scar on the other girl's leg. I'm a bit curious about how that is related to the main plot.

Considering this chapter's title and judging from the spoiler it's gonna be mainly about Shokuhou's past. I just noticed in those flashbacks Shokuhou actually asked the same question that Misaka asked her before the Daihaseisai, guess it really brought her back some sad memories.

Her mental control should have prevented any of them from talking even under torture, so there should have been no way for Gensei to learn about it
Touma spots Saten and Xochitl while on his way back to return the charm and overhears them talking

Damn, I really hope the Saten / Touma meetings will have some meaning.
And not just the typical Touma's: "girl in trouble?, no problem, the hero is going to handle this" scenario.

PS: The Daihasei arc is getting quite long already, it's longer than LU or Sister arcs and the end is nowhere near.
Makes you wonder if Kamachi is planning something bigger this time.

kinda have to agree with you zaeraal about the length of this arc, but you have to give the artist time to really put detail into the drawing. I have some comic artist friend that draw manga, there pro at it but freaking hell, it put a lot of effort and dedication to drawing manga. I really dont know how those weekly shounen jump artisrt do it every week . But overall I think in my opinion we are actually getting toward the end...probably another 5-6 chapter (almost to the end of 2013) before the end of this arc, just excited to see the next arc would be, and after reading NT7 with Touma and Misaki misfortunate adventure together LOL, i hope we get some back story with them together

Since Misaki tells Touma the limit of her powers is as strong as she was without exterior... that means most likely that exterior is destroyed in this arc... right?...
