I'm hoping somehow this comes out early 2012.... would be nice if the Bluray came out Dec 2012 and than Nise started airing in Winter 2013... I really want to see Kabuki animated.... I wonder if the entire series will be animated by 2017.. sigh.. also someone announce Zaregoto already... WHITE FOX step up after Steins;gate please.

The problem is not the fansub, the problem is that there are virtually no camrips in Japan, so we have to wait until the DVD/BD release, which may come out up to a year later.

No, not the fan subs. Just the movie itself :P

But look at it on the bright side: this is Shaft we're talking about, we would probably be interested in waiting for the blu-ray version anyway to actually see the finished version

I remember someone did a camrip for Evangelion the movie and Haruhi the movie. So, it's possible to have one but the quality will be horrible.

No...I don't even even Shaft have the balls to release an unfinished product if it's something where there is no time constraint as far as I can tell. The Blu-ray will probably have extra stuff but I doubt the movie itself will get "Shafted".

I still won't put it past them to redo scenes since they even redid scenes without any visible problems for Madoka. Their just perfectionists.

The Eva Rebuild movies had a few things touched up on the disc releases as well so i don't think it's as uncommon of a practice. But like Omimon mentioned, i have faith it'll be a completely finished product. Disc release might have a few but barely noticable polishes if they do add anything extra on top of all the other standard fanfare (commentaries, deleated scenes and all that good jazz).
