Do any fansub groups plan on subbing this when it is released this month? Does anyone know when it will air in Japan (Like on what day and what time)? Thanks.

I didn't even clear 5 minutes before deleting that... thing. My group A will fansub it and fansub it well.

Before anything being said, i'll add this: if this post becomes notfitting in this forum, or any AS forum, don't burn me to death.... simply delete it will suffice....

OK, now let's move on to the real topic:
Is there any group that have the intention of picking up "Initial D 4th Stage" as their newest project? From my research i have not found solid evident that TokyoPoop (yeah, i intended to spell that way....) has yet complete the negotiation for the liscensing right for the 4th stage, from reason that i've heard they didn't make much profit from their "Americanized" version of the 1st and 2nd Season.... (Tak.... ::shudder:: ); neither have i found that any other companies has pick up that right; if so, i guess my post here is pretty much pointless huh... ^^;

Since the series has long been completed and off the air (well, count out the reruns) and the R2 DVD on its way, i've seen so far 2 separate resources for the first 2 episodes in RAW form being released elsewhere....

Now, i think without me saying this you can understand, there's an extensive amount of anime cravers drooling over the release of this season now... 3 and the half years for me since i first got my R2 DVDs for the first 3 stages and movies, if some group decided to pick this up, there will be no doubt in everyone's mind that the group will pick up great popularity among the "frequent flyers" on this site....

check out the fansub section, theres a thread on it and supposedly many groups are working on it..also theres a huge discussion on this in the general anime section...i too was unaware until someone pointed it out (general anime section, didnt even know 1 existed

if u cant wait just check out fob2k's parody of ep 1. its a parody, but they got the majority of the plot right, so just laugh along and enjoy, i know i did. ie they had a line like `its like reading porn, watching and doing it are 2 entirely different things' omg so true so true

yeah.. i've seen the fob2k's 1st episode.... i was sadden.... whether i was sad about me actually watching the entire episodes, or sad by the fact that someone actually take their time doing all that timesetting/"translating"/encoding... etc i still couldn't quite figure out

I so want to find whoever was responsible for putting that episode together... or responsible for putting fob2k as a group together for that matter of fact, find out where he lives, purchase the plane tickets, enjoy my onflight movie and peanuts/prezels, ride taxi to his house, grab a broken mop handle and proceed to.... well, i think you can imagine the rest....

but thanks for point that out, i'll jump over to the general anime section right now, i did a search in the fansubs section and see no relative title, that's why i posted this... thanks again! m(_ _)m

Well... I download the version of f0b2k4.... and, in less than 5 minutes I delete it, I waste my bandwidth downloading it, it isn't translated, the made a subtitle free, they treat Initial D as a joke... I'm really very disgusted from that "fansub" ....

If you really want to see Initial D 4th Stage, wait for a real FANSUB

Well the whole point of the parody was to be a joke... They should have included at least something beyond the fob2004 hint the name of the file that it wasn't the real deal...
